Claims (4)
- C: 0.03∼0.15질량%,Si: 0.05∼0.25질량%,Mn: 1.40∼2.0질량%,P: 0.03질량% 이하,S: 0.0005∼0.0030질량%,Al: 0.015∼0.1질량%,Ti: 0.004∼0.03질량%,N: 0.0020∼0.0070질량%,Ca: 0.0005∼0.0030질량% 를 함유하고,또한 Ca, O, S 의 각 함유량은 아래의 (1)식을 만족시켜 함유하며, 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 대입열용접용 강재.0.3≤ACR≤0.8 (1){여기에서, ACR=(Ca-(0.18+130×Ca)×0)/1.25/S 이고,Ca, O, S 는 각 성분의 함유량(질량%)을 나타냄}
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 강 조성이 추가로,B: 0.0004∼0.0010질량%, V: 0.2질량% 이하, Nb: 0.018질량% 이하, Cu: 1.0질량% 이하, Ni: 1.5질량% 이하, Cr: 0.7질량% 이하, Mo: 0.7질량% 이하에서 선택되는 1 종 또는 2 종 이상을 함유하는 조성이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대입열용접용 강재.
- C: 0.03∼0.15질량%,Si: 0.05∼0.25질량%,Mn: 1.40∼2.0질량%,P: 0.03질량% 이하,S: 0.0005∼0.0030질량%,Al: 0.015∼0.1질량%,Ti: 0.004∼0.03질량%,N: 0.0020∼0.0070질량%,Ca: 0.0005∼0.0030질량% 를 함유하고,또한 Ca, O, S 의 각 함유량은 아래의 (1)식을 만족시켜 함유하며, 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 용강을 연속 주조 또는 조괴-분괴 공정을 거쳐 강편으로 하며, 이것을 재가열하여 열간압연하거나 또는 상기 열간압연 후에 가속냉각, 직접 담금질 뜨임, 재가열 담금질-뜨임, 재가열 불림-뜨임의 공정으로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대입열용접용 강재의 제조방법.0.3≤ACR≤0.8 (1){여기에서, ACR=(Ca-(0.18+130×Ca)×0)/1.25/S 이고Ca, O, S 는 각 성분의 함유량(질량%)을 나타냄}
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 용강의 조성이 추가로,B: 0.0004∼0.0010질량%, V: 0.2질량% 이하, Nb: 0.018질량% 이하, Cu: 1.0질량% 이하, Ni: 1.5질량% 이하, Cr: 0.7질량% 이하, Mo: 0.7질량% 이하에서 선택되는 1 종 또는 2 종 이상을 함유하는 조성이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대입열용접용 강재의 제조방법.
