Claims (12)
- 중량%로, C:0.001~0.03%, Si:0.01~0.5%, Mn:1.0~3.0%, Nb:0.005~0.2%, Ti:0.005~0.2%, Al:0.005~0.1%, B:0.0005~0.01%, N:0.008~0.030%, P:0.03% 이하, S:0.03% 이하, O:0.005% 이하, V, 나머지 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고,중량%로, 1.2≤Ti/N≤2.5, 2≤N/B≤20, 3≤Al/N≤7, 3≤Nb/N≤10, 0.5≤V/N≤7, 7≤(Ti+2Al+4B+Nb+V)/N≤21인 조건을 만족하는 용접용 강재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상분율로, 상기 용접용 강재의 미세 조직의 90% 이상 100% 이하가 베이나이트로 이루어지는 용접용 강재.
- 제1항에 있어서,중량%로, Ni:0.1~3.0%, Cu:0.1~2.0%, Mo:0.05~1.0%, Cr:0.05~1.0%, W:0.05~0.5% 및 Zr:0.05~0.5%로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상을 더 포함하는 용접용 강재.
- 제1항에 있어서,중량%로, Ca:0.0005~0.005% 및 REM:0.005~0.05%로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘을 더 포함하는 용접용 강재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 용접용 강재에 평균 크기가 0.01~0.1㎛인 TiN 석출물, Ti-Nb 복합 석출물 및 Ti-V 복합 석출물이 0.5㎛ 이하의 간격으로 1.0x107개/㎟ 이상 분포되는 용접용 강재.
- 중량%로, C:0.001~0.03%, Si:0.01~0.5%, Mn:1.0~3.0%, Nb:0.005~0.2%, Ti:0.005~0.2%, Al:0.005~0.1%, B:0.0005~0.01%, N:0.008~0.030%, P:0.03% 이하, S:0.03% 이하, O:0.005% 이하, V, 나머지 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 1.2≤Ti/N≤2.5, 2≤N/B≤20, 3≤Al/N≤7, 3≤Nb/N≤10, 0.5≤V/N≤7, 7≤(Ti+2Al+4B+Nb+V)/N≤21인 조건을 만족하는 슬라브를 준비하는 단계;상기 슬라브를 1100~1250℃의 온도에서 120 내지 300분간 가열한 후 오스테나이트 미재결정역에서 40% 이상의 압연비로 열간 압연하는 단계; 및상기 열간 압연의 압연 종료 온도에서부터 상온까지 10℃/초 이하의 속도로 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 용접용 강재의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 슬라브는, 중량%로 Ni:0.1~3.0%, Cu:0.1~2.0%, Mo:0.05~1.0%, Cr:0.05~1.0%, W:0.05~0.5% 및 Zr:0.05~0.5%로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상을 더 포함하는 용접용 강재의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 슬라브는, 중량%로 Ca:0.0005~0.005% 및 REM:0.005~0.05%로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘을 더 포함하는 용접용 강재의 제조 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 슬라브를 준비하는 단계는,용강에 Ti보다 탈산력이 큰 원소를 첨가하여 용강의 용존 산소량이 50~200 ppm이 되도록 탈산하는 단계;상기 용강에 중량%로 Ti:0.005~0.2%를 첨가하는 단계;상기 용강에 탈가스 처리를 수행하는 단계; 및상기 용강을 연속 주조하는 단계를 포함하는 용접용 강재의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 연속 주조의 주조 속도가 0.9~1.2m/분이며 2차 냉각대에서 0.3~0.35l/kg의 비수량으로 약냉하는 용접용 강재의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 용접용 강재에 대입열 용접을 수행하여 제조되며,상분율로, 90% 이상 100% 이하의 미세 조직이 입내 침상 페라이트와 베이나이트인 용접 구조물.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 대입열 용접 시 용접열 영향부에 형성되는 오스테나이트의 결정립 평균 크기가 80㎛ 이하인 용접 구조물.
