Claims (14)
- a) 하기 특정 구조식 (I) 또는 (II)의 화합물:여기서:-그룹(OR1)에서 (OR4)는 링위의 어떤 위치에도 위치한다;-A는 수소원자, 치환체 R, 그룹 -OH 또는 그룹 -OR이고, R은 라디칼 R1에서 R4로 정의된다;-n1 및 n2는 서로 같거나 서로 다르며 0-4의 정수이며, n1과 n2의 합의 총계는 4이하이며 이는 링위의 치환체의 최대수와 동일하다;-n3 및 n4는 서로 같거나 서로 다르며 0-5의 정수이며 n3와 n4의 합의 총계는 최대수 5와 동일하며 이는 링위의 치환체의 최대수를 나타낸다;-R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 각각 수소원자; 1 내지 30개의 탄소원자를 가지며 특히 1 내지 6개의 탄소원자를 가지는 포화 또는 불포화된 선형, 가지형 또는 고리형 저급알킬기; 1 내지 30개의 탄소원자를 가지는 알킬 라디칼이 있는 아실기, 또는 치환체 R중 적어도 하나가 수소원자이고 이에 의해 적어도 하나의 유리 하이드록실기를 정의한다면 1 내지 30개의 탄소원자를 가지는 포화 또는 불포화된 선형, 가지형 또는 고리형 탄화수소 체인이 있는 알킬 또는 아실기를 포함하거나 포함하지 않는 것으로 람노오스, 갈락토오스, 글루코스 및 아라비노오스로부터 선택된 탄화수소 화합물임;을 b) 화장품에 수용될 수 있는 매체, 첨가제(excipient) 또는 캐리어에서 3 내지 30개의 탄소원자를 갖는 유기산으로 반응한 반응산물로부터 얻어진 하나 이상의 상기 특정 구조식의 화합물의 반응산물을 활성 성분으로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 화장품 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기산은 4 내지 22개의 탄소원자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기산은 부트릭산(C4:0), 발레릭산(C5:0), 헥사노익산(C6:0), 소르빅산(C6:2), 아스코빅산, 라우릭산(C12), 팔미틱산(C16:0), 스테아릭산(C18:0), 올레익산(C18:1), 리놀레익산(C18:2), 리놀레닉산(C18:3), 언디사일레닉산(C11:1), 헵타노익산(C7:0), 아라치도닉산(C20:4), 에이코사펜타노익산(C20:5) 및 도코사헥사노익산(C22:6 및 C24:1)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 구조식(II)의 비-글리코실화 플라본임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 구조식(II)의 비-글리코실화 플라보놀임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 구조식(I)의 비-글리코실화 플라보논임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 성분은 아피게놀, 아피게닌, 루테올롤로 구성된 군에서 선택된 비 글리코실화 플라본; 디오스민, 오리엔틴, 사포나린, 샤프토시드로 구성된 군에서 선택된 글리코실화 플라본; 카엠페롤, 쿼세톨, 쿼세틴, 루틴, 쿼시트로시드, 하이퍼로시드, 이소쿼시트로시드 및 틸리로시드로 구성된 군에서 선택된 글리코실화된 플라보놀; 디하이드로카엠페롤, 디하이드로쿼세톨로 구성된 군에서 선택된 글리코실화된 되거나 또는 되지 않은 디하이드로플라보놀, 나린게톨, 나린게닌, 에리오딕티올, 헤스퍼리틴, 유칼립틴, 서시마리틴, 카자플라본, 히노키클라본, 아멘타플라본, 빌로베톨 및 헤스퍼리딘과 나린긴으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 글리코실화된 플라바논인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 화합물은 갈락토오스 또는 글루코스임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 특정 구조식의 화합물의 반응산물은 펜타아실레이트된 쿼세틴 라우릴, 펜타아실레이트된 쿼세틴 팔미틸, 펜타부틸릴아실레이트된 쿼세틴, 디라우릴아실레이트된 헤스페리틴, 모노라우릴아실레이트된 헤스페리틴, 라우릴디아실레이트된 헤스페리틴, 디팔미틸아실레이트된 헤스페리틴, 트리팔미틸아실레이트된 헤스페리틴, 트리부틸릭아실레이트된 헤스페리틴, 트리스테아릴트리아실레이트된 헤스페리틴, 트리올레오일아실레이트된 헤스페리틴, 트리리놀레오일아실레이트된 헤스페리틴, 트리리놀레노일아실레이트된 헤스페리틴, 트리언데실레노일아실레이트된 헤스페리틴, 헵타노일아실레이트된 헤스페리틴, 트리석시닐아실레이트된 헤스페리틴, 트리라우릴아실레이트된 아피게닌, 트리아실레이트된 나린게닌, 옥타라우릴아실레이트된 헤스페리틴, 옥타팔미틸아실레이트된 헤스페리틴, 옥타라우릴아실레이트된 나렌긴, 라우릴아실레이트된 디오스민 및 라우릴아실레이트된 루틴으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 특정 구조식의 화합물의 반응산물의 비율은 조성물의 최종 총중량에 대해 0.0001 내지 10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 항-알라스타제 활성, 효소저해 활성, 반점 저해 활성, 민감 피부처리 활성, 슬리밍 활성, 주름방지 활성, 외부세포 매트릭스 성분의 합성에 대한 자극 활성, 피부탄력성 증강 활성 및 노화방지 활성에서 선택된 화장적 활성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
