Description
① (α) 점유 부피 및 (β) 하소 온도,
② (α) 점유 부피 및 (γ) 알칼리금속 원소의 종류,
③ (α) 점유 부피 및 (γ) 알칼리금속 원소의 양,
④ (α) 점유 부피 및 (γ) 알칼리금속 원소의 종류 및 양,
⑤ (α) 점유 부피 및 (β) 하소 온도 및 (γ) 알칼리금속 원소의 종류,
⑥ (α) 점유 부피 및 (β) 하소 온도 및 (γ) 알칼리금속 원소의 양,
또는,
⑦ (α) 점유 부피 및 (β) 하소 온도 및 (γ) 알칼리금속 원소의 종류 및 양의 면에 있어서 서로 상이한 수가지 촉매를 제조하는 것, 및
세슘 니트레이트의 양을 4.6 g으로 변화시키고, 하소 온도를 530 ℃로 변화시킨 것을 제외하고는 촉매 5를 참고예 1과 동일한 방법으로 제조하였다. 촉매 5의 알칼리금속 원소의 조성은 하기와 같다:

Claims (3)
- 고정상 원통관 반응기를 사용하여, 분자 산소 또는 분자 산소-함유 기체를 이용한 프로필렌의 증기상 촉매 산화를 통해 아크롤레인 및 아크릴산을 제조하는 방법으로서, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 조성의 착산화물로 형성되고:[화학식 1]MoaWbBicFedAeBfCgDhEiOx(식 중, Mo는 몰리브덴; W는 텅스텐; Bi는 비스무트; Fe는 철; A는 코발트 및 니켈로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소이고; B는 인, 텔루륨, 비소, 붕소, 안티모니, 주석, 세륨, 니오븀, 납, 크로뮴, 망간 및 아연으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소이고; C는 알칼리금속 원소들로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소이고; D는 알칼리토금속 원소들로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소이고; E는 규소, 알루미늄, 티타늄 및 지르코늄으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소이고; O는 산소이며: a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i 및 x는 Mo, W, Bi, Fe, A, B, C, D, E 및 O 각각의 원자수를 나타내고, a 가 12, b가 0 ∼ 5, c 가 0.1 ∼ 10, d 가 0.1 ∼ 10, e 가 1 ∼ 20, f 가 0 ∼ 5, g 가 0.001 ∼ 3, h가 0 ∼ 3, i 가 0 ∼ 30이고, x 는 각 원소의 산화 정도에 따라 결정되는 통계값임),① (α) 점유 부피 및 (β) 하소 온도,② (α) 점유 부피 및 (γ) 알칼리금속 원소의 종류,③ (α) 점유 부피 및 (γ) 알칼리금속 원소의 양,④ (α) 점유 부피 및 (γ) 알칼리금속 원소의 종류 및 양,⑤ (α) 점유 부피 및 (β) 하소 온도 및 (γ) 알칼리금속 원소의 종류,⑥ (α) 점유 부피 및 (β) 하소 온도 및 (γ) 알칼리금속 원소의 양,또는,⑦ (α) 점유 부피 및 (β) 하소 온도 및 (γ) 알칼리금속 원소의 종류 및 양의 면에 있어서 서로 상이한 수가지 촉매를 제조하는 것, 및고정상 원통관 반응기에서 각각의 반응관의 촉매층을 관의 축 방향으로 2 이상의 층으로 분리함으로써 제공되는 반응 구역을, 촉매 활성이 출발 기체 입구 방향으로부터 출구 방향으로 증가하는 방법으로 상기 수가지 촉매로 채우는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응 구역의 수가 2 또는 3 인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 프로필렌 농도가 9 부피% 이상인 출발 기체가 도입되는 방법.
