Claims (18)
- 집전체를 가지고, 리튬과 합금화하는 금속과 리튬과 합금화하지 않는 금속으로 이루어지는 합금 박막을 집전체 상에 설치한 리튬 이차 전지용 전극이며,상기 집전체는 0.1㎛ 이상의 표면 조도를 가지고, 상기 합금 박막의 표면은 집전체 표면 상의 요철과 대응하는 요철을 가지며, 합금 박막은 제1 및 후속하는 충전 및 방전 싸이클시 합금 박막 표면 및 집전체 표면 상의 요철 골부 사이에서 합금 박막의 두께 방향으로 연장하는 선을 따라 형성된 틈에 의해 아일랜드형으로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리튬과 합금화하지 않는 금속이 리튬과 합금화하는 금속과 금속간 화합물을 형성하는 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 전극.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합금 박막이 도금에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 전극.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 집전체가 전해 동박인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 전극.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 리튬과 합금화하는 금속이 Sn 이고, 리튬과 합금화하지 않는 금속이 Sn과 금속간 화합물을 형성하는 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 전극.
- 제12항에 있어서, 리튬과 합금화하는 금속이 Sn이고, 리튬과 합금화하지 않는 금속이 Fe, Co 및 Ni로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종류인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 전극.
- 제12항에 있어서, 리튬과 합금화하는 금속이 Sn이고, 리튬과 합금화하지 않는 금속으로서 적어도 Co가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 전극.
- 제14항에 있어서, 리튬과 합금화하는 금속이 Sn이고, 리튬과 합금화하지 않는 금속이 Co이고, 상기 합금 박막이 Sn-Co 합금 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 전극.
- 제14항에 있어서, 리튬과 합금화하는 금속이 Sn이고, 리튬과 합금화하지 않는 금속이 Ni 및 Co이고, 상기 합금 박막이 Sn-Ni-Co 합금 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 전극.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 집전체와 상기 합금 박막의 경계면에, 집전체 성분과 합금 성분의 혼합층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 전극.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 전극으로 이루어지는 부극과, 정극과, 비수 전해질을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
