Claims (8)
- 복수의 신호선과 복수의 주사선의 각 교차부에서 신호선 및 주사선에 접속된 화소 트랜지스터와,상기 각 교차부에서 화소 트랜지스터에 접속된 화소전극,복수의 출력단자를 갖추고서, 각 출력단자에 소정 주기로 극성반전되는 영상신호를 출력하는 신호선 구동용 IC 및,각각의 상기 출력단자에 접속되어 서로 인접하는 복수의 상기 신호선 중 어느 하나를 상기 소정 주기에 동기해서 선택하여 그 출력단자로부터의 영상신호출력을 공급함으로써, 임의의 화소전극에 대해 수평주사방향으로 인접하는 양측의 화소전극에 인가되는 영상신호의 극성이 서로 다르고, 또한 상기 임의의 화소전극에 대해 수직주사방향으로 인접하는 양측의 화소전극에 인가되는 영상신호의 극성이 서로 다르도록 한 영상신호를 화소전극으로 신호선을 매개로 출력하는 신호선 절환회로를 갖추어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호선 구동용 IC는 상기 어레이기판의 접속단자에 전기적으로 접속되는 플렉시블 배선기판상에 실장되고,상기 신호선 절환회로는 상기 화소 트랜지스터와 동일한 제조공정에 의해 상기 어레이기판상에 일체적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화소전극과 신호선의 경계부분에 실드전극이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 실드전극은 상기 주사선에 병렬로 배선된 보조용량선의 일부가 상기 신호선을 따라 뻗어나온 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항, 제4항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수직주사방향으로 인접하는 화소전극간에 정전용량이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 정전용량은 상기 화소 트랜지스터의 소스전극에 접속되는 소스전극배선이 상기 화소전극 사이까지 뻗어나온 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
