Claims (3)
- MMA, BMA, IBMA, EDMA의 아크릴수지에 있어서,상기 아크릴수지의 배합비를 MMA 〉BMA 〉IBMA 〉EDMA의 중량비로 적어도 하나 이상 선택적으로 배합한 후, 용제를 20∼100㎖의 중량비로 혼합하여 가소제에 용해 가능하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 아크릴수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 아크릴수지의 배합비율은 MMA : 40∼50 중량%, BMA : 25∼35 중량%, IBMA : 20∼30 중량%, EDMA : 1∼10 중량%로 조성해 이를 선택적으로 배합하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 아크릴수지 조성물.
- MMA, BMA, IBMA, EDMA의 아크릴수지에 있어서,소정의 중량비로 배합된 MMA, BMA, IBMA, EDMA의 아크릴수지를 용제 20∼100㎖의 중량비로 혼합한 후, 100∼200℃의 온도를 유지하여 가열 교반하면서 1∼3시간 정도 반응시켜 압출공정을 통해 칩으로 생산하는 제1과정; 상기 칩을 -0℃ 이하의 온도를 유지한 상태에서 컷팅 분쇄하여 아크릴수지를 분말로 가공하는 제2과정;으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 아크릴수지 조성물의 제조방법.
