背景技术
随着塑料工业的发展及人民生活水平的提高,日常生活中使用到的很多用品中都包含塑料材质,如电话机、浴缸、座便器、玩具、室内装饰材料、冰箱、食品包装袋、塑料容器及公用的塑料制品等产品,这些物品极易被污染而滋生细菌,阴暗处还会长霉,为达到卫生、防臭的目的,这就促进了抗菌塑料制品的快速发展。
现有的抗菌塑料是通过在塑料原料中添加抗菌剂来制备抗菌塑料,制得的产品虽然具有抗菌功能,但是抗菌范围小、持续时间短,远远没有达到长期且光谱的抗菌需求,因此,有必要对现有技术进行改进,研制出一种抗菌性能强的抗菌塑料颗粒。

本发明针对现有塑料抗菌范围小、持续时间短的技术问题,提供了一种抗菌塑料颗粒。

一种抗菌塑料颗粒,其特征在于,各组分按质量份数组成为:聚氯乙烯20-30份,白炭黑10-20份,聚碳酸酯10-20份,聚己内酯10-20份,甲基丙二醇1-10份,纳米二氧化钛1-5份,纳米银1-5份,硅微粉1-5份,颜填料10-15份,偶联剂1-5份,分散剂1-5份,稳定剂1-5份,增塑剂1-5份,抗氧化剂1-5份。
