Claims (5)
- 내연기관에 필요 연료량을 공급할 수 있도록 내연기관을 제어 및 조절하기 위하여 필요한 연산을 수행하고 상응하는 제어량을 설정하는 제어 장치와; 연료 펌프를 이용하여 일정 압력 하에서 연료 저장 탱크로부터 연료를 공급할 뿐만 아니라 상응하는 도관을 거쳐서 연료를 분사 밸브에 도달시키는 연료 공급 시스템과; 연료 압력을 연속적으로 측정하여 이 측정량을 제어 장치에 전달하는 압력 센서를 구비하며,상기 제어 장치는 연료 펌프를 차단한 후에 연료 압력의 상태를 산출하고 이 상태를 소정의 상태와 비교하여 편차가 검출되면 에러를 표시하는, 내연기관의 연료 공급 시스템에서 누설을 검출하기 검출 장치에 있어서,상기 제어 장치(23)는 엔진 추력을 검출하며,상기 엔진 추력이 검출되면 제어 장치(23)는 전기 연료 펌프(11)를 차단 제어하고 누설을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 시스템에서 누설을 검출하기 위한 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 센서로서는 연료 공급로와 연료 반환로 사이의 차압을 측정하는 연료 차압 센서가 사용되며,상기 연료 펌프가 차단된 후에 차압의 구배(gradδp)가 산출되고 이 구배는하나 이상의 하한값(SWu)이나 상한값(SWo)과 비교되며,상기 차압의 구배가 상한값(SWo)보다 크거나 하한값(SWu)보다 작다면 에러 검출이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 시스템에서 누설을 검출하기 위한 검출 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 센서는 연료 압력(p)을 측정하기 위하여 연료 분배기(14) 내에 배치되고,상기 연료 저장 탱크(10)와 연결된 반환 관로(17)의 출구에는 귀환 압력 유지 밸브(18)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 시스템에서 누설을 검출하기 위한 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연료 반환 관로에서 누설을 검출하기 위하여 연료 저장 탱크와 연결된 관로의 출구에 압력 유지 밸브가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 시스템에서 누설을 검출하기 위한 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 장치는 불연소를 추가로 검출하며, 이 검출 결과를 통하여 어느 실린더에서 연소가 실시되지 않았는지를 인식하고 상기 불연소 검출과 누설 검출을 조합하여 어느 분사 밸브가 기밀상태가 아닌지를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 시스템에서 누설을 검출하기 위한 검출 장치.
