Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따라 연료 압력을 측정해 밸브를 제어하는 과정을 간략히 도시한 흐름도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따라 연료 압력으로 에러 발생을 판단하기 위한 그래프이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따라 밸브를 열림 상태와 닫힘 상태로 반복하여 작동시키기 위해 밸브 작동 코일에 공급하는 전류를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 5는 도 4에서 밸브 작동 코일에 전류를 공급하지 않아 밸브가 닫힌 상태를 도시한 도면이다.
도 6은 도 4에서 밸브 작동 코일에 전류를 공급해 밸브가 열린 상태를 도시한 도면이다.
Claims (12)
- 밸브 제어 장치가 차량의 엔진에 배치된 밸브를 제어하는 방법에서,
엔진이 아이들 상태에 있는지를 판단하는 단계,
상기 엔진이 아이들 상태에 있는 경우, 상기 엔진의 연료 압력을 측정하는 단계,
상기 측정된 연료 압력을 임계값과 비교하는 단계,
상기 측정된 연료 압력이 소정시간 이상 제1 임계값 이하인 경우, 상기 측정된 연료 압력을 제2 임계값과 비교하고, 상기 측정된 연료 압력이 제1 임계값과 제2 임계값 사이인 경우 에러 판정 시간을 카운트하고, 에러 판정 시간이 소정 시간을 초과하는 경우, 상기 밸브에 이물질이 소착되어 에러가 발생한 것으로 판단하는 단계,
상기 밸브에 이물질이 소착되어 에러가 발생된 것으로 판단되는 경우, 상기 밸브가 열림 상태와 닫힘 상태를 반복하도록 밸브 작동 코일에 전류를 인가하여 상기 밸브를 작동시키는 단계,
밸브 구동 횟수를 카운트하고, 카운트된 상기 밸브 구동 횟수를 제한값과 비교하는 단계, 그리고
카운트된 상기 밸브 구동 횟수가 제한값 보다 큰 경우, 상기 밸브가 소착된 것으로 판단하고, 밸브 소착을 디스플레이하는 단계
를 포함하는 밸브 제어 방법. - 제1항에서,
상기 연료 압력을 측정하는 단계는,
상기 엔진의 연료 리턴 라인의 연료 압력을 측정하는 단계
를 포함하는 밸브 제어 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에서,
상기 측정된 연료 압력이 소정시간 이상 상기 제2 임계값 이하인 경우, 상기 밸브의 고장, 연료 펌프 고장 또는 연료 누유 중 적어도 하나가 발생한 것으로 판단하는 단계
를 더 포함하는 밸브 제어 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에서,
상기 밸브는,
실린더 헤드의 연료 압력을 유지시키기 위해서 연료 리턴 라인에 배치된 밸브를 포함하는 밸브 제어 방법. - 엔진의 연료 압력을 측정하는 압력 측정부,
엔진이 아이들 상태에 있는지를 판단하여 상기 연료 압력을 측정하도록 제어하고, 상기 측정된 연료 압력을 임계값과 비교하여 밸브의 이상 여부를 판단하며, 밸브 작동 코일에 전류를 공급하여 상기 밸브를 작동시키도록 제어하는 제어부, 그리고
상기 밸브에 이물질이 소착된 경우, 상기 밸브 작동 코일에 전류를 공급하도록 제어하되, 상기 밸브가 열림 상태와 닫힘 상태를 반복하도록 상기 밸브 작동 코일로의 상기 전류의 공급을 제어하는 밸브 구동부
를 포함하며,
상기 제어부는,
상기 측정된 연료 압력이 소정시간 이상 제1 임계값 이하인 경우, 상기 측정된 연료 압력을 제2 임계값과 비교하고, 상기 측정된 연료 압력이 제1 임계값과 제2 임계값 사이인 경우 에러 판정 시간을 카운트하고, 에러 판정 시간이 소정 시간을 초과하는 경우, 상기 밸브에 이물질이 소착되어 에러가 발생한 것으로 판단하며, 상기 밸브 구동부의 구동에 따른 밸브 구동 횟수를 카운트하고, 카운트된 상기 밸브 구동 횟수가 제한값 보다 큰 경우, 밸브 소착을 디스플레이하도록 제어하는 밸브 제어 장치. - 삭제
- 제7항에서,
상기 제어부는,
측정된 연료 압력을 임계값과 비교하는 비교부, 그리고
상기 비교 결과에 따라, 상기 밸브의 이상 여부 및 고장 여부를 판단하는 판단부
를 포함하는 밸브 제어 장치. - 제9항에서,
상기 판단부는,
상기 측정된 연료 압력이 소정시간 이상 제1 임계값과 제2 임계값 사이인 경우 상기 밸브에 에러가 발생한 것으로 판단하고, 상기 측정된 연료 압력이 소정시간 이상 상기 제2 임계값 이하인 경우, 상기 밸브의 고장, 연료 펌프 고장 또는 연료 누유 중 적어도 하나가 발생한 것으로 판단하는 밸브 제어 장치. - 삭제
- 제7항에서,
상기 밸브는,
실린더 헤드의 연료 압력을 유지시키기 위해서 연료 리턴 라인에 배치된 밸브를 포함하는 밸브 제어 장치.
