Abstract
Description
여기서, 상기 누유 확인 및 판단단계(ST50)는 ID 시스템(17)과 PLC(19)의 판정내용 전달하고 판정내용을 입력하는 통신으로 진행된다. 상기 PLC(19)는 본 시스템의 모든 동작을 제어하며, 누유 판정 내용에 대한 저장 및 해독을 위하여 ID 시스템(17)이 적용되는 것이다. 즉, 이 누유 확인 및 판단단계(50)는 ID 시스템(17)과 PLC(19)이 판정 내용을 송신 및 수신하는 송, 수신 단계를 포함하고 있다. 이 ID 시스템(17)과 PLC(19)는 해당 연료분사계통의 미세 누유를 정확하게 관리하게 된다.
Claims (5)
- 연료와 형광물질을 혼합시키는 혼합기;상기 혼합기에 의하여 형광물질이 포함된 연료를 공급받는 디젤 엔진을 크랭킹시키는 엔진 크랭킹 장치;상기 엔진 크랭킹 장치에 의하여 크랭킹되는 디젤 엔진의 연료분사계통에 구비되어 자외선을 조사하는 자외선 램프;상기 자외선 램프에서 자외선이 조사되는 상태에서 연료분사계통의 미세 누유에 대한 판정내용을 입력 및 기록하는 ID 시스템; 및상기 ID 시스템과 통신 가능하게 연결되어 ID 시스템으로부터 입력된 판정내용을 전달받아 해당 연료분사계통에 품질 이력을 상기 ID 시스템을 통하여 기록하도록 하고, 해당 연료분사계통의 고압펌프 및 인젝터의 작동을 제어하는 PLC를 포함하는 디젤 엔진 연료분사계통의 미세 누유 점검 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 엔진 크랭킹 장치는 회전력을 제공하는 모터; 및상기 모터의 회전축을 전, 후진시켜 해당 연료분사계통이 장착될 디젤 엔진에 연결 및 분리시키는 에어 실린더로 구성되는 디젤 엔진 연료분사계통의 미세 누유 점검 시스템.
- 삭제
- 조립 완료된 디젤 엔진을 도착시키는 디젤 엔진 도착단계;디젤 엔진이 도착되면 에어 실린더의 신장 작동으로 엔진 크랭킹 장치를 전진시키는 전진단계;엔진 크랭킹 장치가 전진되면 엔진 크랭킹 장치의 구동으로 디젤 엔진을 크랭킹시키는 크랭킹 단계;디젤 엔진이 크랭킹되면 형광물질을 포함한 연료를 공급시키는 연료공급단계;연료가 공급되면 자외선 램프를 작동시켜 해당 연료분사계통의 누유를 확인 하여 그 판정내용을 ID 시스템으로 입력한 후, PLC와 통신을 통하여 해당 연료분사계통에 대한 품질 이력을 기록하는 누유 확인 및 판단단계;불합격 판정 시 해당 연료분사계통을 디젤 엔진에 재조립하고, 합격 판정 시 에어 실린더의 수축 작동으로 엔진 크랭킹 장치를 후진시키는 후진단계; 및엔진 크랭킹 장치를 후진시키고 파워 컨버터의 구동으로 디젤 엔진을 배출시키는 디젤 엔진 배출단계를 포함하는 디젤 엔진 연료분사계통의 미세 누유 점검 시스템의 제어 방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 누유 확인 및 판단단계는 ID 시스템과 PLC가 통신 가능하게 연결되어 판정 내용을 송신 및 수신하는 송, 수신 단계를 포함하는 디젤 엔진 연료분사계통의 미세 누유 점검 시스템의 제어 방법.
