Claims (6)
- 초경합금 본체 및 코팅을 포함하는 저합금강 가공용 절삭 삽입체에 있어서,상기 초경합금 본체는 WC, 5 내지 11 wt% Co, 주기율표 IVb, Vb 또는 VIb족의 금속으로 된 0 내지 10 wt%의 큐빅 카바이드 및 0.76 내지 0.93의 CW 비를 갖는 고 W-합금 접합제 층을 포함하며, 상기 코팅은- x+y+z=1, 두께 0.1 내지 2㎛, 및 결정 크기 0.5㎛ 미만의 등축 결정을 갖는 TiCxNyOz제1층(최내층),-- x+y+z=1, 두께 2 내지 15㎛, 지름이 약 5㎛미만인 주상 결정을 갖는 TiCxNyOz층,- x+y+z=1, z<=0.5, 두께 0.1 내지 2㎛, 결정 크기 0.5㎛ 이하인 등축 또는 침상 결정을 갖는 TiCxNyOz층,- 두께 2 내지 10㎛, 매끄러운 직조된 미세 결정(0.5 내지 2㎛)으로 된 α-Al2O3층의 외층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구 삽입체.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-Al2O3층이 (012)-방향의 조직을 가지며 1.3보다 큰 조직 계수 TC(012)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구 삽입체.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-Al2O3층이 (104)-방향의 조직을 가지며 1.3보다 큰 조직 계수 TC(104)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구 삽입체.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-Al2O3층이 (110)-방향의 조직을 가지며 1.3보다 큰 조직 계수 TC(110)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구 삽입체.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최외곽 코팅이 0.1 내지 1㎛의 얇은 TiN 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구 삽입체.
- 초경합금 본체 및 코팅을 포함하는 절삭 삽입체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, WC-Co계 초경합금 본체가,- 공지된 CVD법을 사용하여 형성된 것으로, x+y+z=1이고, 결정 크기 0.5㎛ 미만의 등축 결정을 가지며, 두께 0.1 내지 2㎛인 TiCxNyOz제1층(최내층),- 850 내지 900℃의 온도 범위에서 층상을 형성하기 위해서 탄소 및 질소 원료로서 아세토니트릴을 사용하여, MTCVD기술에 의해서 부착되는 것으로, x+y+z=1이고, 두께 2 내지 15㎛, 지름이 약 5㎛ 미만인 주상 결정을 갖는 TiCxNyOz층,- 공지된 CVD법을 사용하여 형성된 것으로, x+y+z=1, z<0.5이고, 두께 0.1 내지 2㎛, 결정 크기 0.5㎛ 이하인 등축 또는 침상 결정을 갖는 TiCxNyOz층.- 두께 2 내지 10㎛이고, (012)-, (104)- 또는 (110)-방향으로 직조된 매끄러운 α-Al2O3층의 외부 층으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
