Description
Claims (20)
- 금속 재료의 표면에, 희토류 원소의 산소산수소 화합물, 또는 희토류 원소의 산소산수소 화합물과 산소산 화합물의 혼합물을 주성분으로 하여 이루어진 내식성 코팅층을 가지며,상기 코팅층에 잇어서, 상기 희토류 원소에 대한 산소산소수와 산소산의 합의 몰비가 2~100이고 코팅층의 두께가 0.1~5㎛이며,상기 희토류 원소는 이트륨, 란탄, 세륨 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되며,상가 산소산 화합물 및 산소산수소 화합물의 음이온이 다가의 산소산 음이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 표면 처리 금속 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음이온은 인산 이온, 텡스텐산 이온, 몰리브덴산 이온, 바나듐산 이온 중에서 선택된 한가지 이상인 내식성 표면 처리 금속 재료.
- 금속 재료의 표면에, 희토류 원소의 인산수소 화합물, 또는 희토류 원소의 인산수소 화합물의 인산 화합물의 혼합물을 주성분으로 하여 이루어진 내식성 코팅층이 있으며,상기 희토류 원소는 이트륨, 란탄, 세륨 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 표면 처리 금속 재료.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 인산 화합물 및 인산수소 화합물이 오르쏘-인산(수소) 화합물, 메타-인산 화합물 또는 폴리-인산(수소) 화합물 또는 그의 혼합물인 내식성 표면 처리 금속 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 내식성 코팅층이 희토류 원소의 산화물, 수산화물, 할로겐화물 및 유기산 화합물 중에서 선택된 한 가지 이상의 화합물을 첨가성분으로서 추가로 함유하는 내식성 표면 처리 금속 재료.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 첨가 성분의 희토류 원소가 세륨인 내식성 표면 처리 금속 재료.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 첨가 성분의 희토류 원소가 4가의 세륨인 내식성 표면 처리 금속 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 내식성 코팅층이 N-페닐-디메틸피롤의 포르밀화 유도체, HS-CH2COOCnCH2n+1(n은 1-25의 정수임)로 표시되는 티오글리콜산 에스테르 및 그의 유도체, CnCH2n(SH)COOH(n은 1-25의 정수임)로 표시되는 α-메르캅토카르복실산 및 그의 유도체, 퀴놀린 및 그의 유도체, 트리아진디티올 및 그의 유도체, 갈산 에스테르 및 그의 유도체, 니코틴산 및 그의 유도체, 카테콜 및 그의 유도체 및/또는 전기전도성 폴리머로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 한 가지 이상의 화합물를 첨가 성분으로서 추가로 함유하는 내식성 표면 처리 금속 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 내식성 코팅층이 SiO2, Cr2O3, Cr(OH)3, Al2O3, 수산화칼슘, 탄산칼슘, 산화칼슘, 인산아연, 인산수소아연, 인산칼륨, 인산수소칼륨, 인산칼슘, 인산수소칼슘, 규산칼슘, 규산지르코늄, 인산알루미늄, 인산수소알루미늄, 산화티타늄, 인산지르코늄, 인산수소지르코늄, 황산, 황산나트륨, 황산수소나트륨, 인산, 인산나트륨 및 인산수소나트륨으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 한 가지 이상의 화합물을 추가로 함유하는 내식성 표면 처리 금속 재료.
- 희토류 원소의 산소산 화합물, 또는 희토류 원소의 산소산수소 화합물과 산소산 화합물의 혼합물을 주성분으로 하고,희토류 원소 환산으로 0.1~4mol/kg의 희토류 원소와, 희토류 원소 1mol에 대하여 산소산 환산으로 2~100mol의 산소산수소와 산소산의 군(群) 또는 산소산수소를 포함하며,상기 희토류 원소는 이트륨, 란탄, 세륨 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속 재료 표면상에 내식성 코팅층을 형성하기 위한 내식성 표면 처리제.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 산소산 화합물 및 산소산수소 화합물의 음이온이 다가의 산소산 음이온인 내식성 표면 처리제.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 음이온이 인산 이온, 텅스텐산 이온, 몰리브덴산 이온, 바나듐산 이온 중에서 선택된 한가지 이상인 내식성 표면 처리제.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 주성분은, 희토류 원소의 인산수소 화합물, 또는 희토류 원소의 인산수소 화합물과 인산 화합물의 혼합물이고,상기 희토류 원소는 이트륨, 란탄, 세륨, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 표면 처리제..
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 인산 화합물 및 인산수소 화합물이 오르쏘-인산(수소) 화합물, 메타-인산 화합물 또는 폴리-인산(수소) 화합물이거나 그의 혼합물인 내식성 표면 처리제.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 내식성 코팅층이 희토류 원소의 산화물, 수산화물, 할로겐화물 및 유기산 화합물 중에서 선택된 한 가지 이상의 화합물을 첨가 성분으로서 추가로 함유하는 내식성 표면 처리제.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 첨가 성분의 희토류 원소가 세륨인 내식성 표면 처리제.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 첨가 성분의 희토류 원소가 4가의 세륨인 내식성 표면 처리제.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 내식성 코팅층이 유기계 부식 억제제를 첨가 성분으로서 추가로 함유하는 내식성 표면 처리제.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 유기계 부식 억제제가 N-페닐-디메틸피롤의 포르밀화 유도체, HS-CH2COOCnCH2n+1(n은 1-25의 정수임)로 표시되는 티오글리콜산 에스테르 및 그의 유도체, CnCH2n(SH)COOH(n은 1-25의 정수임)로 표시되는 α-메르캅토카르복실산 및 그의 유도체, 퀴놀린 및 그의 유도체, 트리아진디티올 및 그의 유도체, 갈산 에스테르 및 그의 유도체, 니코틴산 및 그의 유도체, 카테콜 및 그의 유도체, 전기전도성 폴리머로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 한 가지 이상의 화합물인 내식성 표면 처리제.
