一种具有保护膜的缓蚀剂,各组分及相应的重量份数为:磷酸钠10‑15份,铬酸盐1‑5份,钨酸盐1‑3份,亚硝酸盐0.5‑1份,硅酸钠8‑10份,碳酸钙10‑15份,二氧化钛2‑5份,硝酸钠2‑5份,水100‑120份。本发明提出的有色金属用缓蚀剂配比合理,使用时用量少,性质稳定,绿色环保,生产成本低。

一种具有保护膜的缓蚀剂
技术领域
本发明属于机械技术领域,特别涉及一种具有保护膜的缓蚀剂。
背景技术
大多数金属在自然条件下都会自发的与空气或者水发生化学反应,其自身则被腐蚀,所以自然界极少有不含其他杂质的天然纯金属。金属是良导体,因而大部分金属在水、电解质存在的条件下,极易发生反应而变质,或氧化或生成其他化合物,这就是在不加保护的条件下金属腐蚀的原因。金属发生腐蚀的危害是巨大的,首先由金属铸造的化工设施、市政管网因腐蚀而不能达到预期的使用寿命,增大经济成本;其次主要由金属构件制成的机械、载人工具、压力容器等或因金属腐蚀达不到安全强度,发生事故,增大安全成本;最后金属的储量有限,不加控制的腐蚀会过快的消耗地球上金属矿藏的存量,同时还有制作成本、工艺上的浪费,增大环境资源保护成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种无毒无害、绿色环保且成本低的具有保护膜的缓蚀剂。
本发明的目的是采用以下技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的一种具有保护膜的缓蚀剂,各组分及相应的重量份数为:磷酸钠10-15份,铬酸盐1-5份,钨酸盐1-3份,亚硝酸盐0.5-1份,硅酸钠8-10份,碳酸钙10-15份,二氧化钛2-5份,硝酸钠2-5份,水100-120份。
本发明提出的一种具有保护膜的缓蚀剂配比合理,使用时用量少,性质稳定,使用后能在金属表面的阳极区形成一层致密的氧化膜来达到缓蚀作用,绿色环保,生产成本低。

本发明一种具有保护膜的缓蚀剂,各组分及相应的重量份数为:磷酸钠10份,铬酸盐1份,钨酸盐1份,亚硝酸盐0.5份,硅酸钠8份,碳酸钙10份,二氧化钛2份,硝酸钠2份,水100份。
实施例2
本发明一种具有保护膜的缓蚀剂,各组分及相应的重量份数为:磷酸钠12份,铬酸盐2份,钨酸盐2份,亚硝酸盐0.7份,硅酸钠9份,碳酸钙12份,二氧化钛3份,硝酸钠3份,水107份。
实施例3
本发明一种具有保护膜的缓蚀剂,各组分及相应的重量份数为:磷酸钠14份,铬酸盐5份,钨酸盐3份,亚硝酸盐1份,硅酸钠10份,碳酸钙13份,二氧化钛4份,硝酸钠4份,水114份。
