Claims (15)
- 마그네슘 합금 표면처리용 조성물에 관한 것으로,상기 조성물은, 물 1500 중량부를 기준으로,인산 화합물 18 내지 30 중량부;세륨 화합물 67.5 내지 90 중량부;불소 화합물 39 내지 98 중량부; 및바나듐 화합물 21 내지 30 중량부 및, 지르코늄 화합물 6 내지 8 중량부로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 무기 화합물;을 포함하는 마그네슘 합금 표면처리용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,인산 화합물은 폴리인산, 인산, 인산 아연, 인산 망간, 인산 유도체 및 아인산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금 표면처리용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,세륨 화합물은 3가 세륨 화합물, 4가 세륨 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금 표면처리용 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서,혼합물은 3가 세륨과 4가 세륨의 비가 0.3 내지 0.7인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금 표면처리용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,바나듐 화합물은 바나듐 나트륨, 바나듐 암모늄, 질화 바나듐, 및 산화 바나듐으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금 표면처리용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,불소 화합물은 불산, 헥사플루오로인산, 플루오로인산, 플루오로규산 및 나트륨 헥사플루오로 티타네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금 표면처리용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,지르코늄 화합물은 질산지르코닐, 아세트산지르코닐, 탄산지르코닐암모늄, 지르코늄아세틸아세토네이트, 불화칼륨 지르코늄, 산화지르코늄, 지르코늄 불화 수소산, 지르코늄 불화 암모늄, 및 수산화 불화 지르코늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금 표면처리용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,인산 화합물 100 중량부에 대하여,세륨 화합물, 불소 화합물, 바나듐 화합물 및 지르코늄 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물을 200 내지 1300 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금 표면처리용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,pH가 1.5 내지 3.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금 표면처리용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,실란 화합물 또는 티탄 화합물 중에서 선택된 커플링제 0.1 내지 5 중량부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금 표면처리용 조성물.
- 제 10항에 있어서,실란 화합물은 아미노계 실란, 에폭시계 실란, 아크릴계 실란, 메르캅토 실란, 비닐계 실란 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금 표면처리용 조성물.
- 제 10항에 있어서,티탄 화합물은 질산티탄, 황산 티타닐 및 티탄락테이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금 표면처리용 조성물.
- 마그네슘 합금; 및상기 마그네슘 합금의 일면 또는 양면에 형성되고 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 함유하는 코팅층을 포함하는 금속재료.
- 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 10 내지 1000mg/㎡의 건조 도막량으로 마그네슘 합금에 도포한 후, 80 내지 300 ℃에서 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 금속재료의 표면처리방법.
