Claims (10)
- 중고 합성수지 또는 폐합성수지가 상승된 온도에서 선택적으로 액체 보조상, 용제, 또는 용제 혼합물의 첨가하에 해중합되며, 이것에 의해 형성되는 기체상이고 응축가능한 해중합 산물(응축물) 및 펌핑 가능하고 점성인 점결상(해중합체)을 포함하는 해중합 산물이 별도의 부분 흐름에서 배출되고 상기 응축물 및 해중합체가 서로 분리되어 가공되는, 중고 합성수지 또는 폐합성수지로부터 액체 연료성분 및/또는 합성 원재료 성분을 재생하는 방법에 있어서,상기 해중합체의 적어도 하나의 부분 흐름은 코크스화 공정에서 더 좋은 점결화를 목적으로 코크스화되도록 석탄에 가해지며, 석탄과 함께 코크스화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중고 합성수지 또는 폐합성수지로부터 액체 연료 성분 및 합성 원재료 성분을 재생하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 해충합체 및 석탄은 1:200 내지 1:10, 바람직하게는 1:50 내지 1:20의 비율로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중고 합성수지 또는 폐합성수지로부터 액체 연료 성분 및 합성 원재료 성분을 재생하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 해중합체의 적어도 하나의 부분 흐름이 상기 공정에서 생성되는 반응열을 이용하여 산화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중고 합성수지 또는 폐합성수지로부터 액체 연료 성분 및 합성 원재료 성분을 재생하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 해중합체는 발전소 및 시멘트 공장에서 산화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중고 합성수지 또는 폐합성수지로부터 액체 연료 성분 및 합성 원재료 성분을 재생하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 해중합체의 적어도 하나의 부분 흐름이 용광로 공정에서 환원제로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중고 합성수지 또는 폐합성수지로부터 액체 연료 성분 및 합성 원재료 성분을 재생하는 방법.
- 전항들 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 해중합체는 200℃ 이상의 온도에서 펌핑가능한 재료로서 또는 냉각후에 바람직하게는 분쇄된 또는 파쇄된 고체로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중고 합성수지 또는 폐합성수지로부터 액체 연료 성분 및 합성 원재료 성분을 재생하는 방법.
- 제 1 항의 전제부에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 해중합체를 노, 발전소 및 시멘트 공장에서 연료로, 용광로 공정에서 환원제로, 그리고 또한 석탄의 코크스화의 경우에 결합제 첨가물로 이용하는 방법.
- 제 1항의 전제부에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 해중합체를 역청탄 및 역청탄을 포함하는 제품에 대한 첨가제로 이용하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,역청탄 100 중량부당 1 내지 20, 바람직하게는 5 내지 15 중량부의 해중합체가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 해중합체를 역청탄 및 역청탄을 포함하는 제품에 대한 첨가제로 이용하는 방법.
- 제 7항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,조대한 무기질 고체 입자들로부터 적어도 상당하게 분리된 해중합체가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 해중합체를 이용하는 방법.
