Claims (20)
- 廃プラスチックを、ポリエチレン重合のためのナフサに変換するための連続プロセスであって、
(a) ポリエチレン及び/又はポリプロピレンを含む廃プラスチックを選択する工程、
(b) (a)からの前記廃プラスチックを、熱分解反応器に通して、ポリオレフィン廃棄物の少なくとも一部を熱的に分解し、熱分解された流出物を生成する工程、
(c) 前記熱分解された流出物を、オフガス、熱分解油及び任意選択で熱分解ワックス(ナフサ/ディーゼル留分及び重質留分を含む)、並びにチャーに分離する工程、
(d) 前記熱分解油及びワックスを、精製所の粗製ユニットに通す工程、
(e) 粗製ユニットから、ナフサ留分(C5-C8)を回収する工程、
(f) 前記ナフサ留分を、エチレン製造用にスチームクラッカーに通す工程、
を含む、上記プロセス。 - (c)の熱分解油及びワックスを、精製所・粗製ユニットに直接通し、汚染物質が粗製ユニット脱塩装置で除去される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。

(c) 前記熱分解された流出物を、オフガス、熱分解油及び任意選択でワックス(ナフサ/ディーゼル留分及び重質留分を含む)、並びにチャーに分離する工程、
(d) 前記熱分解油を、精製所の粗製ユニットに通す工程、
(e) 粗製ユニットから、プロパン及びブタン(C3-C4)留分の一部を回収する工程、
(f) 前記(C3-C4)留分を、エチレン製造用にスチームクラッカーに通す工程、
を含む、上記プロセス。 - (c)の熱分解油及びワックスを、精製所・粗製ユニットに直接通し、汚染物質が粗製ユニット脱塩装置で除去される、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 汚染物質が、熱分解サイトで除去される、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- (f)で製造したエチレンを、その後、重合する、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- ポリエチレン生成物が、重合されたエチレンから調製される、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 重質ナフサ/ディーゼル/常圧軽油が、粗製ユニットから回収され、精製所において清浄なガソリン、ディーゼル、又はジェット燃料へとさらに処理される、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 精製所の粗製ユニットへと流れる熱分解油及びワックスの体積流量が、粗製ユニットへと流れる炭化水素の総流量の最大50体積%を構成する、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 前記熱分解油及びワックスの流量が、最大20体積%を構成する、請求項17に記載のプロセス。
- (a)で選択された廃プラスチックが、プラスチック分類グループ2、4、及び/又は5からのものである、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 廃プラスチックを、ポリエチレンの調製に有用な化学物質に変換するためのプロセスであって、
(a) ポリエチレン及び/又はポリプロピレンを含む廃プラスチックを選択する工程、
(b) 前記廃プラスチックを熱分解し、熱分解油及びワックス(ナフサ/ディーゼル/重質留分を含む)を回収する工程、
(c) 前記熱分解油を、精製所の粗製ユニットに通す工程、
を含む、上記プロセス。
