Claims (7)
- 엔진을 갖는 차량에서 동륜들의 미끄러짐을 제어하는 장치로서, 상기 엔진은 상기 바퀴들을 구동하기 위해 토크를 발생하고 각각의 바퀴에 브레이크를 거는, 상기 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 동륜들에서 불안정을 검출하는 수단과,엔진 토크를 한정하는 적어도 하나의 엔진 토크와 불안정이 검출되는 바퀴들에 브레이크 압을 가하는 제 1 트랙션 제어 수단과,상기 제 1 트랙션 제어 수단을 스위칭 오프하는 수단과,상기 차량의 동작 상태에 관한 정보를 운전자에 제공하는 모니터링 수단으로서,상기 제 1 트랙션 제어 수단이 스위치 오프되고 불안정이 검출되지 않을 때 작동되는 제 1 상태와,불안정이 검출될 때 작동되는 제 2 상태, 및상기 제 1 트랙션 제어 수단이 스위치 온되고 불안정이 검출되지 않을 때 작동되는 제 3 상태인, 3개의 상이한 상태들을 갖는, 상기 모니터링 수단을 구비하는 동륜들의 미끄럼을 제어하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 트랙션 제어 수단을 스위칭 오프하는 상기 수단은 운전자에 의해서 작동되는 스위치인 동륜들의 미끄럼을 제어하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 엔진 토크를 한정하지 않는 제 2 트랙션 제어 수단을 더 포함하는 것으로, 상기 제 2 트랙션 제어 수단은 불안정이 검출되는 동륜에서 브레이크 압을 단지 한정하며, 상기 제 2 트랙션 제어 수단은 상기 제 1 트랙션 제어 수단이 스위치 오프될 때만 작동하는 동륜들의 미끄럼을 제어하는 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 트랙션 제어 수단은 작동할 때, 동륜들에 로킹 차분 효과(locking differential effect)를 제공하는 동륜들의 미끄럼을 제어하는 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 트랙션 제어 수단은 상기 차량이 임계 속도 미만의 속도를 가질 때만 작동하는 동륜들의 미끄럼을 제어하는 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 모니터링 수단은 상기 차량 속도가 상기 임계 속도 미만일 때만 상기 제 2 상태내에 있는 동륜들의 미끄럼을 제어하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 모니터링 수단은 램프를 구비하며, 상기 램프는 상기 제 1 상태에서 계속 켜져 있고, 상기 제 2 상태에서 펄스화된 방식으로 켜져 있으며 상기 제 3 상태에서 꺼지는 동륜들의 미끄럼을 제어하는 장치.
