Description
Claims (3)
- 하드코팅된 원판에 금속을 진공증착하여 증착층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 금속이 증착된 증착층 표면에 실크인쇄하는 단계와;상기 실크인쇄 후, 상기 증착층에서 윈도우부와 문자부를 제거하는 단계와;상기 증착층을 제거한 후, 윈도우 명판을 수세하는 단계와;상기 수세한 윈도우 명판을 건조시키는 건조단계와;상기 건조단계를 거친 윈도우 명판을 전자제품에 적합한 소정의 형태로 가공하는 단계와;상기 소정의 형태로 가공된 윈도우 명판의 문자부에 홀로그램 문자를 형성하는 핫스탬핑(Hot stamping)단계와;핫 스탬핑법(Hot stamping)에 의해 홀로그램 문자를 형성한 후, 그 표면에 접착층을 형성하는 단계로 이루어지는 특징으로 하는 홀로그램 문자가 형성된 윈도우 명판의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 핫 스탬핑(Hot stamping)시 문자를 형성하는 그 가열온도를 150℃ - 200℃로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 홀로그램이 형성된 윈도우 명판의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 핫 스탬핑(Hot stamping)시 문자를 형성하는 그 가열압력을 5kg/cm2으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 홀로그램이 형성된 윈도우 명판의 제조방법.
