Description
Claims (9)
- 밸브 씨이트(28), 이 밸브 씨이트(28)에 끼워질수 있으면서 관통되어 흐르는 유체와 이송을 종료 시키도록 된 밸브(24), 솔레노이드 코일(16), 이 솔레노이드 코일(16)이 작동될때 밸브 씨이트(28)로부터 밸브(24)를 위치 이동시켜 주도록된 전기자(32), 솔레노이드 코일(16)이 작동하지 않을때 밸브 씨이트(28)에 밸브(24)를 끼워주도록 된 밸브 복귀용 스프링(26)을 포함하고 유체의 이송을 조절하도록 된 솔레노이드 밸브 조립체(10)에 있어서, 상기 전기자(32)는, 밸브(24)가 밸브 씨이트(28)에 끼워질때, 밸브(24)로부터 분리되어 밸브(24)가 밸브씨이트(28)에 끼워짐에의해 전기자(32)의 운동에너지 분산되지 않도록 된것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브 조립체(10).
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기자(32)가 밸브(24)의 일부분에 안내되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브 조립체(10).
- 제1항 또는 2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기자(32)가 밸브(24)로부터 분리된후, 전기자(32)에 의해 끼워지도록된 고정부재(52, 152)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브 조립체(10).
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고정부재(52, 152)가 전기자(32)에 의해 끼워지도록 된 탄성 디스크(52)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브 조립체(10).
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고정부재(52, 152)가 전기자(32)에 의해 끼워지도록 된 탄성링(152)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브 조립체(10).
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고정부재(52)의 위치가 조절가능토록 된것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브 조립체(10).
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느한항에 있어서, 상기 전기자(32)가 한쪽으로 치우쳐 밸브(24)와 끼워지도록 된것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브 조립체(10).
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느한항에 있어서, 상기 전기자(32)가, 밸브(24)에 대하여 전기자(32)의 위치를 설정하여 밸브(24)의 닫힘 위치와 열림 위치사이의 거리를 설정하도록 된 조절나사(38)를, 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브 조립체(10).
- 제1항에 있어서, 밸브(24)가, 밸브 씨이트(28)에 끼워질수 있으면서 유체이송을 종료토록된 밸브 헤드(24a)와 밸브 스템(22) 및 이 밸브 스템(22)에 나사결합된 밸브 스템용 캡(3)을 포함하고; 전기자(32)가 중심부에 구멍(34)을 갖추어 캡(30)의 선단부(36)에 안내되며; 스프링(54)이 전기자(32)를 한쪽으로 치우치게하여 캡(30)에 끼워지도록 하고; 밸브 복귀용스프링(26)이 캡(30)에 작용하여 솔레노이드 밸브(16)가 작동하지 않을때 밸브(24)를 밸브씨이트(28)에 끼워주도록하고, 밸브스템(22)에서 캡(30)의 위치가 조절 가능하도록되어 밸브 복귀 스프링(26)에 의해 밸브(24)에 가해지는 힘을 설정하도록 하며; 이 고정부재(52)를 지지하면서 고정부재(52)와 전기자(32) 사이의 거리를 설정하여 주는 조정나사(56)를 갖추며; 전기자(32)가 조절나사(38)을 갖추어 전기자(32)와 캡(30) 사이에서 결합이 이루어지고, 전기자용 조절나사(38)가 밸브(24)에 대하여 전기자(32)의 위치를 설정하여서 밸브(24)의 닫힘위치와 열립위치 사이의 거리를 설정하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브 조립체(10).※ 참고사항 :최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
