Description
Claims (4)
- 유체 유입구와 유체 유출구 및 이들 사이의 밸브 시트를 갖는 밸브 본체와, 상기 밸브 시트와 대향하여 설치되고 가장자리가 고정된 다이어프램과, 상기 다이어프램을 밸브 시트 방향으로 변위시키기 위해 상기 다이어프램에 관해서 상기 밸브 시트와 반대쪽에 설치된 부하 수단과, 상기 부하 수단에 대항해서 상기 다이어프램을 상기 밸브 시트로부터 이격되도록 작용하는 전자기 작동기와, 상기 하부 수단이 가장자리에서 고정된 박판원판과, 이 박판원판의 중심에 고정된 밸브 봉을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부하 수단은 상기 다이어프램을 밸브 시트에 착좌시키기 위한 조정수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치.
- 유체 유입구와 유체 유출구 및 이들 사이의 밸브 시트를 갖는 밸브 본체와, 상기 밸브 시트와 대향하여 설치되고 가장자리가 고정된 다이어프램과, 상기 다이어프램을 밸브 시트 방향으로 변위시키기 위해 상기 다이어프램에 관해서 상기 밸브 시트와 반대쪽에 설치된 부하 수단과, 상기 부하 수단에 대항해서 상기 다이어프램을 상기 밸브 시트로부터 이격되도록 작용하는 전자기 작동기를 포함하고, 상기 부하 수단에서의 스프링 특성을 상기 다이어프램을 밸브 시트에 맞닿을 때까지 변위시키는 초기 조정범위에서의 평균 스프링 정수에 비해, 상기 전자기 작동기에 의해 상기 다이어프램을 밸브 시트로부터 이격시키는 동작범위에서의 평균 스프링 정수가 1.2 내지 3배의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 부하 수단은 상기 다이어프램을 상기 밸브 시트에 착좌시키기 위한 조정 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
