Description

메탈릭(metallic) 전사지 제조방법
본 발명은 그라비아 인쇄에 의한 메탈릭 전사지 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
종래의 메탈릭 제조방방법으로는 대지에 바인더 등의 수지액을 스크린 인쇄한 다음 메탈릭 파우더(metallic powder)를 살포하는 방법과 바인더 등의 수지 액에 메탈릭 파우더를 적당량 넣고 교반한 다음 이 액을 대지에 스크린 인쇄하는 방법등이 있으나 이들 방법은 공정이 번거롭고 작업 후에 다시 열을 가하여 무늬의 이탈을 방지해야 하므로 여러번의 공정을 거쳐야 하고, 또한 스크린 인쇄에 의하므로 대량 생산 및 연결무늬의 제조가 불가능하였고, 작업시 메탈릭 파우더가 바람에 날려 작업장 내의 공해가 문제가 되고 전사체의 표면이 거친 등의 결점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래의 제 결점을 배제하고 간편한 방법에 의하여 양산할 수 있는 것으로, 본 발명에서는 강인한 박질 대지면에 합성수지나 천연수지 용액 또는 잉크로 그라비아 인쇄에 의하여 원하는 문자나 무늬를 인쇄한 다음 열에 의하여 강력한 접착력을 나타내는 열가소성 합성 수지로 처리된 메탈릭 파우더를 인쇄된 대지에 살포하면 인쇄된 부분에만 메탈릭 파우더가 붙게 되어 본 발명 메탈릭 전사지를 제조한다.
이와 같이 제조된 본 발명의 전사지를 지류, 직포, 철재 등의 물품의 소정 위치에 대지가 상면이 되게 재치한 다음 90-180℃로 가열 가압하면 대지는 쉽게 박리되고 메탈릭 전사체가 피전사체에 강력 접착 전사된다.
상기와 같이 종래의 스크린 인쇄에 의한 방법과는 달리 본 발명에서는 그라비아 인쇄에 의한 롤(Roll) 인쇄를 하므로 양산이 가능하고, 연결무늬의 전사지를 제조할 수 있고, 전사지의 메탈릭 파우더 표면에 핫트멜트(Hot melt) 접착제가 피복되어 있어 전사 후 피전사체에 전자체가 강력 접착 전사될 뿐 아니라, 종래 방법으로 전사된 전사체는 메탈릭 파우더가 표면에 돌출되어 있어 세탁이나 마찰에 의하여 무늬가 탈락하였으나 본 발명으로 제조된 전사지는 전사 후에는 메탈릭 파우더 상면에 합성수지가 피복되어 있어 메탈릭 파우더의 변색이나 퇴색이 방지됨은 물론이고 무늬의 탈락도 없는 효과가 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명 방법을 공정별로 상세히 설병하면 다음과 같다.
제1공정
강인한 박질 대지 상면에 그라비아 인쇄에 의하여 투명 또는 반투명의 합성수지 또는 천연수지나 잉크로 무늬나 문자를 인쇄한다.
제2공정
폴리에스텔 필름에 알루미늄 진공 증착한 메탈릭 필름에 가열에 의하여 강력한접착력을 나타내는 열 가소성 합성수지를 균일하게 도포한 다음 0.002-3mm×0.002-3mm크기로 캇팅하여 접착제 처리된 메탈릭 파우더를 제조한다.
제3공정
제1공정에 의하여 제조한 인쇄 대지 상면에 제2공정에 의하여 제조한 접착제 처리된 메탈릭 파우더를 살포하면 인쇄 대지의 무늬나 문자가 인쇄된 부분에만 메탈릭 파우더가 부착되어 본 발명 전자지가 제조 된다.
다음 실시예는 본 발명의 일 실시예이나 본 발명은 특허청구 범위에서 이탈하지 않는 한 다음 실시예에 한정되지는 않는다.
[실시예]
제1공정
강인한 박질 대지 상면에 그라비아 인쇄에 의하여 키시렌 40부(용량부)에 아크릴 수지 60부(용량부)를 용해한 용액으로 무늬나 문자를 인쇄한다.
제2공정
폴리에스텔 필름에 알루미늄을 진공 증착한 메탈릭 필름에 접착제(대일화학 제품 상품명;PET 100)를 균일 도포하고 0.05mm×0.05mm크기로 캇팅하여 메탈릭 파우더를 제조한다.
제3공정
제1공젱에 의한 인쇄 대지 상면에 제2공정으로 제조한 메탈릭 파우더를 살포하면 인쇄 대지의 무늬나 문자가 인쇄된 부분에만 메탈릭 파우더가 부착하여 본 발명 전사지가 제조된다.

  1. 대지상에 투명 또는 반투명의 합성수지 또는 천연수지 용액을 그라비아 인쇄하고 폴리에스텔 필름에 알루미늄을 진공 증착한 후 열 가소성 합성수지 액을 도포한 다음 캇팅하여 제조한 메탈릭 파우더를 대지의 인쇄면에 살포하는 메탈릭 전사지의 제조방법.
