Claims (15)
- 복수의 신호선, 복수의 주사선, 상기 신호선과 주사선의 교점에 구성되는 스위칭소자 및 화소전극을 포함하는 액티브 매트릭스기판과, 상기 화소전극에 대향하는 영역에 위치하는 공통전극을 포함하는 대향기판간에, 액정층을 개재하여, 매트릭스형으로 구성되는 화소들에 의해 화상이 표시되는 액티브 매트릭스형 액정표시장치로서,상기 대향기판의 공통전극은 복수의 그룹으로 분리되며,상기 액티브 매트릭스기판상에는, 상기 공통전극의 복수의 그룹에 대한 신호입력부와, 상기 신호입력부에 접속되는 도전성 패턴이 형성되고,상기 액티브 매트릭스기판의 도전성 패턴과, 상기 대향기판의 공통전극의 그룹을, 복수 개소에서 전기적으로 접속하도록 구성되는 도전성 재료를 포함하는, 액티브 매트릭스형 액정표시장치.
- 복수의 신호선, 복수의 주사선, 상기 신호선과 주사선의 교점에 구성되는 스위칭소자 및 화소전극을 포함하는 액티브 매트릭스기판과, 상기 화소전극에 대향하는 영역에 위치하는 공통전극을 포함하는 대향기판간에, 액정층을 개재하여, 매트릭스형으로 구성되는 화소들에 의해 화상이 표시되는 액티브 매트릭스형 액정표시장치로서,상기 액티브 매트릭스기판상에는, 상기 공통전극에 대한 신호입력부와, 상기신호입력부에 접속되는 도전성 패턴이 형성되며,상기 공통전극은, 복수의 화소에 걸쳐 선형으로 형성되며, 선형으로 형성되는 복수의 공통전극 단락부중 어느 하나에 접속되어 복수의 그룹을 형성하고,상기 공통전극 단락부를 상기 액티브 매트릭스기판상의 도전성 패턴에 전기적으로 접속하도록 구성되는 도전성 재료를 포함하는, 액티브 매트릭스형 액정표시장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 재료는, 상기 대향기판상의 선형의 공통전극 단부들 중, 상기 공통전극단락부에 접속되지 않는 단부들도, 상기 액티브 매트릭스기판상의 도전성 패턴에 접속되도록 배치되는, 액티브 매트릭스형 액정표시장치.
- 복수의 신호선, 복수의 주사선, 상기 신호선과 주사선의 교점에 구성되는 스위칭소자 및 화소전극을 포함하는 액티브 매트릭스기판과, 상기 화소전극에 대향하는 영역에 위치하는 공통전극을 포함하는 대향기판간에, 액정층을 개재하여, 매트릭스형으로 구성되는 화소들에 의해 화상이 표시되는 액티브 매트릭스형 액정표시장치로서,상기 액티브 매트릭스기판상에는, 상기 공통전극에 대한 신호입력부와, 상기 신호입력부에 접속되는 도전성 패턴이 형성되며,상기 공통전극은 복수의 화소에 걸쳐 선형으로 형성되고,상기 선형의 공통전극을 상기 액티브 매트릭스기판상의 도전성 패턴에 전기적으로 접속하기 위한 도전성 재료를 포함하는, 액티브 매트릭스형 액정표시장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 재료는, 선형으로 형성되는 액티브 매트릭스형 액정표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 재료는, 선형으로 형성되는 액티브 매트릭스형 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액티브 매트릭스기판의 도전성 패턴은, 상기 화소전극과 함께 보조용량을 형성하도록 제공되는 보조용량선을 형성하는 액티브 매트릭스형 액정표시장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 액티브 매트릭스기판의 도전성 패턴은, 상기 화소전극과 함께 보조용량을 형성하도록 제공되는 보조용량선을 형성하는 액티브 매트릭스형 액정표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 액티브 매트릭스기판의 도전성 패턴은, 상기 화소전극과 함께 보조용량을 형성하도록 제공되는 보조용량선을 형성하는 액티브 매트릭스형 액정표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 액티브 매트릭스기판의 도전성 패턴은, 상기 화소전극과 함께 보조용량을 형성하도록 제공되는 보조용량선을 형성하는 액티브 매트릭스형 액정표시장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 액티브 매트릭스기판의 도전성 패턴은, 상기 화소전극과 함께 보조용량을 형성하도록 제공되는 보조용량선을 형성하는 액티브 매트릭스형 액정표시장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 액티브 매트릭스기판의 도전성 패턴은, 상기 화소전극과 함께 보조용량을 형성하도록 제공되는 보조용량선을 형성하는 액티브 매트릭스형 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 재료는, 이방성 도전재료인 액티브 매트릭스형 액정표시장치.
