- 삭제
- 복수의 표시 화소로 이루어지는 표시 영역과, 상기 표시 영역의 주변에 배치되고 상기 각 표시 화소에 구동 신호를 공급하는 주변 구동 회로와, 상기 주변 화소 회로에 전원 전압 등을 공급하는 버스 라인을 포함하며,상기 각 표시 화소마다, 박막 트랜지스터와, 그 박막 트랜지스터를 통하여 화소 전압이 인가되는 화소 전극과, 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 화소 전극 및 상기 버스 라인 사이에 평탄화 절연막을 포함하는 표시장치로서,상기 평탄화 절연막의 두께를 1.2㎛ 이상으로 형성하고, 상기 버스 라인을 상기 화소 전극과 동일층의 배선층에서 형성함과 함께, 상기 주변 구동 회로를 상기 화소 전극보다 아래 층에서 형성하며,상기 버스 라인을 상기 주변 구동 회로 상에 중첩하여 배치하고,상기 버스 라인은 전압이 시간 변동하지 않는 전원 전압을 공급하는 버스 라인인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 버스 라인 및 화소 전극을 알루미늄층에서 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 복수의 표시 화소로 이루어지는 표시 영역과, 상기 표시 영역의 주변에 배치되어 상기 각 표시 화소에 구동 신호를 공급하는 주변 구동 회로와, 상기 주변 구동 회로에 전원 전압 등을 공급하는 버스 라인을 포함하며,상기 각 표시 화소마다, 박막 트랜지스터와, 이 박막 트랜지스터를 통하여 화소 전압이 인가되는 반사 화소 전극과, 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 반사 화소 전극 및 상기 버스 라인 사이에 평탄화 절연막을 갖는 반사형의 표시 장치로서,상기 평탄화 절연막의 두께를 1.2㎛ 이상으로 형성하고, 상기 주변 구동 회로 및/또는 상기 버스 라인의 적어도 일부는, 상기 반사 화소 전극과 동일층에서 형성됨과 함께, 상기 주변 구동 회로 및/또는 상기 버스 라인의 나머지 일부를 상기 반사 화소 전극보다 아래 층에서 형성하며,상기 버스 라인은 전압이 시간 변동하지 않는 전원 전압을 공급하는 버스 라인인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 반사 화소 전극과 상기 박막 트랜지스터 사이에는, 평탄화 절연막이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
