Claims (16)
- (a) 분자량이 1000 내지 8000인 매크로디올을,(b) 하나 이상의 디이소시아네이트,(c) 평균 관능가가 2를 초과하는 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트,(d) 쇄 연장제로서의 분자량 400 이하의 디올,(e) 촉매 및(f) 기타의 보조제 및 첨가제와 반응시키고, 이로부터 수득한 폴리우레탄을 방사시켜 필라멘트를 형성시킨 다음, 수득된 필라멘트를 후처리함으로써 엘라스탄 필라멘트를 수득함을 포함하며, 이때 성분(b)와 성분(c)의 혼합물이 폴리(우레탄) 합성에 사용되고, 성분(c)가 평균 관능가가 2를 초과하는 이소시아누레이트 폴리이소시아네이트로 이루어지며, 성분(b)와 (c)가 성분(c)의 이소시아네이트 당량수에 대한 성분(b)의 이소시아네이트 당량수의 비가 99.5:0.5 내지 80:20이 되도록 사용되고, 중합체가 연속적으로 합성되며, 형성된 반응 용융물이 추가의 중간 단계 없이 직접 방사되고, 수득된 엘라스탄 필라멘트가 열적으로 후처리됨을 특징으로 하는, 엘라스탄 필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a), (b), (c) 및 (d)가 원-샷(one-shot) 공정 또는 초기중합체 공정에 의해 반응되고, 탄성 필라멘트에서 성분(b), (c) 및 (d)의 총합이 성분(a), (b), (c) 및 (d)의 총합을 기준으로 하여, 5 내지 30중량%임을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 초기중합체가 성분(a)의 적어도 일부와 성분(b) 및 (c)의 적어도 일부로부터 초기중합체 공정에 의해 다단계에 걸쳐서 불연속적으로 또는 연속적으로 초기에 제조되고, 초기중합체에서 성분(a)의 하이드록실 당량에 대한 성분(b) 및 (c)의 이소시아네이트 당량의 합의 비가 1.05:1 내지 10:1이며, 수득된 초기중합체가 나머지 출발 물질 및 성분(a), (b) 및 (c)의 나머지와 함께 후속적으로 반응하여 폴리(우레탄)을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 초기중합체의 쇄 연장이, 80 내지 250℃의 온도에서 혼련 부재가 장착된 자가 세정 다중 스크류 압출기 속에서, 압출기내의 반응 용융물이 0.5 내지 20분 동안 체류하면서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방사 노즐의 온도가 180 내지 240℃이고, 형성된 필라멘트가 100 내지 800m/분의 속도로 토출됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필라멘트가 60 내지 120℃에서 1 내지 96시간 동안 열적으로 후처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필라멘트가 80 내지 100℃의 온도에서 16 내지 48시간 동안 공기 중에서 열적으로 후처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필라멘트를 냉각시킨 후, 이를 1.1 내지 4:1의 비로 연신시킨 다음, 이완시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리하이드록실 화합물(a)로서, 분자량이 1,000 내지 6,000인, 폴리에스테르 디올, 폴리에테르 디올, 폴리아세탈 디올, 폴리카보네이트 디올 및 기타 디하이드록실 화합물이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리하이드록실 화합물(a)로서, 분자량이 1,500 내지 4,000인, 폴리에스테르 디올, 폴리에테르 디올 또는 이들의 혼합물이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,폴리하이드록실 화합물(a)로서, 탄소수 6 이상의 디카복실산과 탄소수 4 이상의 2 내지 4개의 상이한 디올의 혼합 폴리에스테르 디올, 또는 폴리테트라메틸렌 옥사이드 디올, 또는 이와 기타 에테르 형성 화합물과의 코폴리에테르 디올이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트 (b)로서, 비교적 소량의 지환족 디이소시아네이트와 혼합될 수 있는 방향족 디이소시아네이트가 사용되거나 지환족 디이소시아네이트가 단독으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트(c)로서, 이소시아누레이트 개질된 폴리이소시아네이트, 또는 지환족 디이소시아네이트의 올리고머가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디올(d)로서, 에탄-1,2-디올, 프로판-1,2-디올, 프로판-1,3-디올, 2,2-디메틸 프로판-1,3-디올, 헥산-1,6-디올, 3-메틸 펜탄-1,5-디올, 1,4-사이클로헥산디올, 1,4-비스-(2-하이드록시에톡시벤젠) 또는 비스-(2-하이드록시에톡시)-테레프탈레이트가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 방법으로 수득할 수 있는 엘라스탄 필라멘트.
- 제15항에 있어서, 열변형 온도가 185℃ 이상이고 열파단 시간이 10초 이상인 엘라스탄 필라멘트.
