Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 하기의 (a) 및 (b)를 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물:(a) 하기를 함유하는 친수성 폴리이소시아네이트:지방족 디이소시아네이트 및 지환족 디이소시아네이트에서 선택된 1종 이상의 디이소시아네이트, 및 상기 1종 이상의 디이소시아네이트에서 유도된 둘 이상의 말단 이소시아네이트기 함유 폴리이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 베이스 폴리이소시아네이트 1종 이상, 및폴리이소시아네이트에 결합되고 단위 평균수로 환산하여 5 내지 50 개의 산화 에틸렌 반복 단위를 함유하고, 베이스 폴리이소시아네이트와 친수기의 질량 합계에 대해 2 내지 50 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 비이온성 친수기; 및(b) 성분 (a) 및 성분 (b)의 질량 합계에 대하여 0.5 내지 20 중량%의, 실질적으로 물을 함유하지 않은 이온성 계면 활성제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비휘발분 함량이 실질적으로 100 %가 되는 상태의 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물에 대하여 측정했을 때, 3 내지 25 중량%의 이소시아네이트기 함량, 350 내지 10,000의 중량 평균 분자량 및 25 ℃에서 50 내지 20,000 mPa·s의 점도를 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물과 유기 용매의 질량 합계에 대하여 1 내지 50 중량% 의 유기 용매를 더 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매가 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디(C1-C10알킬)에테르 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디카르복실레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 화합물 1종 이상인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 1종 이상의 디이소시아네이트가 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 및 이소포론 디이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 폴리이소시아네이트가 분자 내에 비우렛 (biuret) 구조, 이소시아누레이트 (isocyanurate) 구조, 우레탄 구조, 우레토디온 (urethodione) 구조 및 알로파네이트 (allophanate) 구조를 각각 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트들로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 구성원인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이온성 계면 활성제가 음이온성인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 계면 활성제가 암모늄 (C1-C20알킬) 벤젠술포네이트, 디(C1-C20알킬) 술포숙시네이트, 소듐 폴리옥시에틸렌 C6-C30아릴 에테르 술포네이트, 암모늄 폴리옥시에틸렌 C6-C30아릴 에테르 술포네이트 및 소듐 폴리옥시에틸렌 C1-C20알킬 에테르 술포네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 화합물 1종 이상인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이온성 계면 활성제가 양이온성인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성 계면 활성제가 C1-C20알킬 트리메틸 암모늄 브로마이드, C1-C20알킬 피리디늄 브로마이드 및 이미다졸리늄 라우레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 화합물 1종 이상인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물을 40:60의 중량비로 물과 혼합하고, 생성된 혼합물을 600 rpm의 속도로 10 분간 교반하여 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물의 수분산체를 얻은 후, 그 수분산체를 20 ℃에서 6 시간동안 방치할 때, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물의 미반응한 본래 이소시아네이트기의 잔존율이 50 % 이상인 안정성을 나타내는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- (A) 1 내지 300 mg KOH/g의 수산가를 갖는 폴리올의 수용액 또는 수성 에멀젼; 및(B) 제 1 항 내지 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물을 함유하며, 성분 (A)의 수산기에 대한 성분 (B)의 이소시아네이트기의 당량비 (NCO/OH)가 0.5 내지 5.0 이고,성분 (A) 및 (B)는 별도로 제공되어 사용시 혼합되는 수성 코팅 조성물.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 수성 에멀젼의 폴리올이 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드 폴리올, 폴리비닐 클로라이드 폴리올, 비닐 아세테이트 폴리올, 우레탄 폴리올, 아크릴레이트 폴리올, 플루오로 공중합체 폴리올, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체 폴리올, 폴리부타디엔 폴리올, 및 우레탄 아크릴레이트 폴리올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 수성 코팅 조성물.
- 제 12 항 또는 13 항에 있어서, 상기 수성 에멀젼 중 분산된 폴리올이 평균 직경이 0.01 내지 1.0 μm 입자인 수성 코팅 조성물.
- 제 12 항 내지 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수성 코팅 조성물의 40 μm 두께의 신선한 도막이 20 ℃, 상대 습도 65 %에서 24 시간 동안 방치되었을 때, 생성된 도막의 겔 분율이 50 % 이상인 코팅 특성을 나타내는 수성 코팅 조성물.
