Claims (8)
- 합성수지제 튜브체의 끝단부(2)를 한 쌍의 크램프 고정구(9)에 의하여 편평하게 눌러 찌그러뜨리고, 이 끝단부를 편평하게 눌러 찌그러진 소정의 폭을 가지는 것으로 함과 동시에, 상기 크램프 고정구(9)로부터 돌출하는 돌출끝단부(3)를 형성하며, 상기 돌출끝단부를 가열용융하여 상기 돌출끝단부로부터 양쪽방향으로 돌출하고, 상기 편평하게 눌러 찌그러뜨린 끝단부보다 넓은 폭의 돌출측 끝단부분(4)을 형성하며, 상기 돌출측 끝단부분을, 중앙쪽으로, 상기 눌러 찌그러진 편평한 끝단부에 대하여 직각으로 구부리며, 상기 돌출끝단부를 압축하여 소망의 형상으로 하여 시일부(5)를 형성함과 동시에, 상기 돌출끝단부의 체적을, 당초의 체적의 0.65~0.80배로 축소하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제 튜브체의 시일부 성형방법.
- 합성수지제 튜브체의 끝단부(2)를 한 쌍의 크램프 고정구(9)에 의하여 편평하게 눌러 찌그러뜨리고, 이 끝단부를 편평하게 눌러 찌그러진 소정의 폭을 가지는 것으로 함과 동시에, 상기 크램프 고정구(9)로부터 돌출하는 돌출끝단부(3)를 형성하며, 상기 돌출끝단부를 가열용융하여 상기 돌출끝단부로부터 양쪽방향으로 돌출하고, 상기 편평하게 눌러 찌그러뜨린 끝단부보다 넓은 폭의 돌출측 끝단부분(4)을 형성하며, 상기 돌출측 끝단부분을, 중앙쪽으로, 상기 눌러 찌그러진 편평한 끝단부에 대하여 직각으로 구부리며, 상기 돌출끝단부를 압축하여 소망의 형상으로 하여 시일부(5)를 형성함과 동시에, 합성수지재료의 분해발포를 축소 억제하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제 튜브체의 시일부 형성방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 양 돌출측 끝단부분(4)을, 크램프 고정구(9)로 눌러 찌그러진 편평한 끝단부(2)의 측끝단 테두리로부터 0~0.5mm 정도 중앙쪽으로 떨어진 장소로부터 가상의 축방향을 따라서 접은 합성수지제 튜브체의 시일부 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양 돌출측 끝단부분(4)을, 크램프 고정구(9)로 눌러 찌그러진 편평한 끝단부(2)의 측끝단 테두리로부터 0~0.5mm 정도 중앙쪽으로 떨어진 장소로부터 가상의 축방향을 따라서 접은 합성수지제 튜브체의 시일부 성형방법.
- 합성수지제 튜브체의 끝단부(2)를 편평하게 눌러 찌그러뜨리고, 이 끝단부를 편평하게 눌러 찌그러진 소정의 폭을 가지는 것으로 함과 동시에, 크램프 고정구로부터 축방향으로 돌출하는 돌출끝단부(3)를 형성하는 한 쌍의 크램프 고정구(9)와, 상기 돌출끝단부를 가열하여 용융화시키고, 상기 편평하게 눌러 찌그러뜨린 끝단부로부터 측방향으로 돌출하는 돌출측 끝단부분(4)을 형성하는 히터(10)와, 상기 양 돌출측끝단부분(4)을 중앙부분쪽으로 구부려 내측으로 구부려진 돌출측끝단부분을 형성하는 구부림장치(12)와, 상기 양돌출측끝단부분을 중앙부분쪽으로 구부린 돌출끝단부를 눌러 소망형상의 시일부(5)로 성형하는 누름성형장치(15)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제 튜브체의 시일부 성형장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 구부림장치(12)를, 한 쪽의 크램프 고정구(9) 위를 눌러 찌그러뜨리는 방향으로 미끄러져 움직일 수 있고, 돌출끝단부(3)에 대향하여 편평하게 눌러 찌그러뜨린 끝단부(2)와 동일 폭의 사각형상으로 함몰한 금형면 부분을 가지는 외형 고정구(14)와, 다른 쪽의 크램프 고정구(9) 위를 눌러 찌그러뜨리는 방향으로 미끄럼 가능하고, 상기 돌출끝단부(3)에 대향하여 상기 외형 고정구(14)의 함몰한 금형면부분내에 침입한 상기 돌출끝단부(3)의 양돌출측끝단부분(4)의 구부러지는 변형에 지장을 주지 않는 폭의 돌출 금형면부분을 가지는 내형 고정구(13)로 구성한 합성수지제 튜브체의 시일부 성형장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 외형 고정구(14)의 함몰한 금형면부분의 폭을, 눌러 찌그러진 편평한 끝단부(2)보다도 1mm 미만 작은 치수로 한 합성수지제 튜브체의 시일부 성형장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 누름성형장치(15)를, 한 쪽의 크램프 고정구(9) 위를 눌러 찌그러드리는 방향으로 미끄러져 움직일 수 있고, 돌출끝단부(3)에 대향하는 앞면에, 양 돌출측끝단부분(4)을 구부린 상기 돌출끝단부(3)와 같은 폭을 가지는 오목형상의 성형 금형면을 가지는 암형 고정구(17)와, 다른쪽의 크램프 고정구(9) 위를 눌러 찌그러뜨리는 방향으로 미끄러져 움직일 수 있고, 상기 돌출끝단부(3)에 대향하는 앞면에, 상기 암형 고정구(17)의 오목형상의 성형 금형면내에 거친면을 발생시키지 않을 정도로 조밀하게 끼워넣는 볼록형상의 성형 금형면을 가지는 숫형 고정구(16)로 구성한 합성수지제 튜브체의 시일부 성형장치.
