Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は1合成樹脂製チューブ容器における下端部のシ
ール加工方法に関するものでめつ℃、下端部であるシー
ルエンド部分を肉厚にしてシールを確固たるものkする
と共に、該部分の形状を所望のものになし得るようKす
ることを目的とするものでるる。
従来よりの合成樹脂製のチューブ容器は1円筒形状の胴
部下端部を扁平に押し潰し、この下端部を加熱溶融化さ
せてシール金型によりシールを達成する手段をとってい
た。
しかしながらこの手段によって得られたシールエンド部
分の肉厚は、溶融により、胴部の周壁を重ね合せた肉〜
よりも薄くなってしまうので、シール部と胴部との接続
部の強度が劣ることが多々めった。
また9例えばシールエンド部分に孔を穿ち、容器を逆さ
吊りにし得る構成とする場合等の異形シールが考えられ
るのであるが、該部分が肉薄であると強度上問題が残り
、しかも所望の形状を得ることができず、さらに別体物
をとの′シールエンド部分に何形するには、別途の装置
、工程な加えざるを得ない。
本発明は、上述した従来の欠点を解消するべく創案され
たものでろって、シールエンド部となる容器の下端部を
加熱溶融化させた後に折りたたんで電ね合せ、さらKこ
の下端部を、シール金型を兼ねた割り金型により、肉厚
となった所望の形状のシールエンド部に成形するように
したものである。
以下本発明の一実施例を図面に従って説8Aする。
図面にめって0合成樹脂によって成形された円筒形状の
チューブ容器の胴部1は、逆立姿勢でその下部が仮クラ
ンプ装f3によつ(左右から扁平に押し潰されて挾持さ
れ、下端部2祉前配仮クランプ装置3から所望長さだけ
突出している(鎖1図λそして仮クランプ装置3より突
出した前配下端部2に対し、上方よりヒーター装置4を
下降させてヒーター4/により加熱溶融化させる(第2
図)。
次いでこの溶融状態の下端部2に対し上方より曲げ治具
6を下降させ、所望長さの下端部2を巻回する等して折
りたたんで重ね合せる(第3図)。
このよ51(折りたたまれ、かつ未だ溶融状態にある下
端部2をシール金型を兼ねた割り金型6により、シール
を達成すると共に下端部2を所望形状とし、シールエン
ド2′を成形するのである。、(M4図、第5図)。
この場合、第3図にめっての曲は治具5の折り曲げ11
JIa、折り曲げ1重ね合せ状態は、仮クランプ装置3
から突出する下端部2の長さ、および形成されるシール
エンド2′の肉厚と形状によって所望のものに設定され
ることKなる。
また第4図にあっての割り金型6は、前記したよ5にシ
ール金型をも兼ねているが、その成形型面6′は、所望
するシールエンド2′の形状に対応したものとなってお
り、従って例えば吊り下げ用の孔を形成せんとする場合
には成形型面6′にビンを配しておき、下端部2yal
−頁通させるが如き形態となるものである。
そして第1図にあっての下端部2の仮クランプ装置3よ
りの突出量は、成形されるシールエンド2′の形状およ
び肉厚に応じて設定されることになる。
さらに、胴部1を成形しているシート体が単層合成樹脂
製である場合には、下端部2の折曲げ同数、すなわち重
ね合せ(ロ)数は特に限定されず、成形サレるシールエ
ンド1の形状に従つ℃決定すれば良いのであるが、シー
ト体がアルミ箔を使用した積層シートである場合には、
下端部2端面な巻き込むことができる回数、すなわち最
低21qの折曲げ加工を必要とする。
そしてこのアルミ箔を使用した積層シートの場合には、
成形されるシールエンド2′の形状は成る程度限定され
ることになるが、積層シートの端面が全く露出しないの
で、製品の外観を美しいものとすることができる。
以上の説明から明らかなよ5に、本発明によるシール加
工方法によれば、下端部2の溶融工程と割り金型6によ
るシール工程との間に溶融した下端部2を折りたたんで
重ね合せる工程が含ま、れており、従つ工割り金型6に
よりシールされる前の第4図での下端部2は、胴部1を
扁平に押し潰して重ねた際の肉厚よりも少なくと42倍
近い肉厚となっている。
それゆえに割り金型6によって成形されるシールエンド
1もまた十分の肉厚を有するととkなり。
さらに社割り金型6の成形型面6′を所望の形状とする
ことKより、シールエンド1の形状を変化に富んだもの
Kすることができる。
しかもシールエンドの成形後、別体物として所望形状の
例えば吊り下げ部分を財形する装置、工程を必要とせず
、財形部分が胴部と一体となったシールエンド2′自体
であるので強度に優れ、1糺脱落等のおそれもない。
よって本発明のシール加工方法は、工程が簡単でるりな
がら9強度に優れ所望形状となったシールエンドが得ら
れ、しかもシールが確実に達成され、極めて優れた作用
効果を有する龜のでるる。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 合成樹脂製チューブ容器の扁平に押し潰されて仮クラン
    プ装置から突出する下端部を、加熱溶融化させた後に治
    具によって折りたたんで重ね合せ。 さらに紡記溶融化した下端部をシール金型を兼ねた割り
    金型により、比較的肉厚な所望形状のシールエンド部に
    成形することを特徴とする合成樹脂製チューブ容器のシ
    ール加工方法。
