Claims (3)
- 펌프하우징(20')의 성형방법에 있어서, 상기 펌프하우징(20') 내형의 각각 반씩을 성형하는 1차 금형을 성형하는 1차 금형제작공정과, 상기 펌프하우징(20')의 외형을 성형하는 2차 금형(30)을 성형하는 2차 금형(30)을 제작하는 2차 금형제작공정과, 상기 1차 금형을 통해 코어의 역할을 하는 1차 성형물(10)을 성형하는 1차 성형공정과, 상기 각각 반으로 성형된 1차 성형물(10)을 2차 금형(30)에 삽입 설치하고 그 1차 성형물(10)의 외곽에 2차 성형물(20)을 성형하는 2차 성형공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수순환펌프용 펌프하우징의 성형방법.
- 펌프하우징(20')의 각각 반을 성형할 수 있는 1차 금형을 통해 1차 성형물(10)을 1차 성형하고, 상기 펌프하우징(20')의 외형을 성형하는 2차 금형(30)에 상기 1차 성형물(10)을 삽입 설치하여 2차 성형물(20)을 2차 성형하는 공정을 통해 제조되는 온수순환펌프용 펌프하우징의 성형물에 있어서, 상기 2차 성형물(20)의 성형시 2차 금형에 설치된 1차 성형물(10)이 유동되는 것이 방지되도록 상기 1차 성형물(10)의 외형에는 다수개의 돌출돌기(11)가 형성되고, 상기 1차 성형물(10)의 내부로 용탕의 유입이 방지되도록 상기 1차 성형물(10)의 각각 반을 조합하는 접합면의 일측부에는 가이드돌기(12)가 형성되고 타측부에는 상기 가이드돌기(12)와 결합되는 가이드홈(13)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수순환펌프용 펌프하우징의 성형물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2차 성형물의 성형시 용탕과 상기 1차 성형물(10)과의 용착을 위해 1차 성형물(10)의 외형에 다수개의 유입구멍(14)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수순환펌프용 펌프하우징의 성형물.
