Claims (7)
- 보디히터를 내장한 프로브 본체의 축 방향을 따라 캐비티로 연통하는 밸브게이트를 개폐하는 밸브 핀을 왕복가능하게 삽통하고, 상기 밸브 핀으로부터 떨어진 위치의 프로브 본체 내에 한 개의 용융수지 유통 구멍을 형성함과 동시에, 상기 용융수지 유통 구멍의 선단에 상기 밸브 핀의 선단이 통과하여 용융수지가 유통할 수 있도록 삽통 위치에 밸브게이트의근방으로 연통되는 완만한 굴곡부를 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형금형용 밸브게이트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로브 본체의 선단에서 밸브 핀의 선단이 마주하는 위치에 밸브 핀을 둘러싸도록 칩히터를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형금형용 밸브게이트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로브 본체는 밸브 핀의 선단부가 삽통하여 용융수지를 유통할 수 있는 삽통 구멍과, 상기 용융수지 유통 구멍의 산단에 상당하며 상기 삽통 구멍으로 연통되는 완만한 굴곡부와 보디히터가 설치되는 외측 프로브체와, 상기 외측 프로브체내에 삽착되어 상기 밸브 핀의삽통 구멍과 일치하는 밸브 핀이 삽통되는 밸브 핀 구멍과, 상기 완만한 굴곡부와 연통되는 용융수지 유통 구멍이 형성된 내측 프로브체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형금형용 밸브게이트 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 외측 프로브체는 원추대를 형성하고, 상기 원추대의 특정 위치에 고정 금형과의 계지위치를 결정하는 선단 가이드부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형금형용 밸브게이트 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 핀의 삽통 구멍은 상기 삽통 구멍을 왕복운동하는 밸브 핀과의 사이에 용융수지가 유통할 수 있는 간극을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형금형용 밸브게이트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 핀이 삽통 작동하는 밸브 핀 구멍과 삽통 구멍은 프로브 본채의 중심축 상으로부터 한 쪽으로 편위시킨 위치에 세로로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형금형용 밸브게이트 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내측 프로브에는 히트파이프를 세로로 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형금형용 밸브게이트 장치.
