Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための燃料噴射弁であって、弁縦軸線と弁閉鎖 体とが設けられており、該弁閉鎖体が、弁縦軸線に沿って軸方向で可動な弁ニー ドルの一部であって、弁座体に設けられた弁座と協働するようになっており、ま た軸方向に延びる薄壁状の非磁性のスリーブが設けられていて、該スリーブ内で 弁ニードルが軸方向で移動する形式のものにおいて、 スリーブ(12)がその下流側の端部で底部区分(20)を有していて、該底 部区分(20)が、この底部区分(20)以外の、弁縦軸線(10)に沿ったス リーブ(12)の軸方向に延びる部分に対して直角に延びており、弁座体(25 )がスリーブ(12)によって軸方向で及び半径方向で取り囲まれていることを 特徴とする、燃料噴射弁。 2.スリーブ(12)が、燃料噴射弁の軸方向長さの半分に相当する軸方向長 さを有している、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。 3.スリーブ(12)が金属薄板深絞り加工部分である、請求項1又は2記載 の燃料噴射弁。 4.弁座体(25)がスリーブ(12)内に押し込まれていて、底部区分(2 0)にも、また軸方向に延びる下側のスリーブ区分(18)にも当接している、 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁 。 5.スリーブ(12)の、軸方向に延びる壁部に少なくとも1つの流入開口( 59)が設けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁 。 6.スリーブ(12)の底部区分(20)に流出開口(58)が設けられてお り、該流出開口(58)を通って、底部区分(20)の上流側で既に調量された 燃料が妨げられることなく流出することができるようになっている、請求項1か ら3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。 7.弁座体(25)の下流側の端部で、噴射孔付き円板(26)が弁座体(2 5)に堅固に結合されており、噴射孔付き円板(26)がスリーブ(12)の底 部区分に少なくとも部分的に当接していて、噴射孔付き円板(26)の少なくと も1つの噴射開口(39)が底部区分(20)の流出開口(58)内に開口して いる、請求項6記載の燃料噴射弁。 8.スリーブ(12)の底部区分(20)に少なくとも1つの噴射開口(39 )が設けられていて、該噴射開口(39)が燃料を調量する働きを有している、 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。 9.スリーブ(12)がその軸方向の長さに亙って段付けされており、これら の各段によって、下流方向 で、スリーブ(12)の内側の貫通孔(21)の直径が減少されている、請求項 1から8までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。 10.スリーブ(12)が燃料噴射弁の軸方向の全長に亙って延びている、請求 項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
