Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(i)少なくとも2,000 の数平均分子量を有するポリエーテルポリオールと( ii)ポリイソシアネートとの反応生成物であるポリウレタンポリマーを含むバイ ンダー層中に少なくとも部分的に埋め込まれた再帰反射性要素の層を含む再帰反 射性製品。 2.ポリウレタンポリマーが、ポリエーテルポリオール、連鎖延長剤、及びポ リイソシアネートをワンショット法で反応させることにより形成される、請求項 1記載の再帰反射性製品。 3.ポリエーテルポリオールが、ジオール、トリオール、及びこれら双方の混 合物からなる群より選ばれ、そしてポリエーテルポリオールが複金属シアン化物 錯体触媒の存在下で調製される、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の再帰反射 性製品。 4.ポリエーテルポリオールが2,000 〜12,000の数平均分子量を有し、そして ポリエーテルポリオールが当該ポリオール1グラム当たり0.04ミリ当量以下の末 端基不飽和度を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の再帰反射性製品。 5.ポリエーテルポリオールが5,000 〜8,000 の数平均分子量を有し、そして ポリエーテルポリオールが当該ポリオール1グラム当たり0.02ミリ当量以下の末 端基飽和度を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の再帰反射性製品。 6.ポリエーテルジオールが、式:HO(-R(R1)O-)xH (式中、Rは1〜6個の 炭素原子を有するアルキル基であり、R1は独立に水素又はRであり、そしてx は約1〜350 の整数である)により表されるものであり、そしてポリエーテルト リオールが、式:HO[-(-R(R1)O-)x(-R2O-)y-]H (式中、R2は1〜6個の炭素 原子を含み、且つ、ペンダントヒドロキシル基を有するアルキル基であり、そ してyは1である)により表されるものである、請求項3記載の再帰反射性製品 。 7.ジオールが、ポリイソプロピレンオキシド、ポリテトラメチレンオキシド 、ポリイソブチルオキシド、及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれ、そして ポリエーテルトリオールがポリイソプロピレンオキシドである、請求項6記載の 再帰反射性製品。 8.反応混合物が70〜99部のポリエーテルジオールと1〜30部のポリエーテル トリオールを含む、請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の再帰反射性製品。 9.ポリウレタンポリマーが熱硬化性エラストマーである請求項1〜8のいず れか1項に記載の再帰反射性製品。 10.ポリイソシアネートが芳香族若しくは脂肪族ポリイソシアネート又はこれ らの混合物であり、そして連鎖延長剤が1,6-シクロヘキサンジメタノールである 、請求項1記載の再帰反射性製品。 11.ヒドロキシルに対するイソシアネートの比が0.9〜1.2 であり、そしてポ リエーテルポリオールに対する連鎖延長剤の重量百分率が0.5 〜5である、請求 項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の再帰反射性製品。 12.バインダー層が1〜250 ミクロンの厚さを有し、そして再帰反射性要素が 平均直径30〜200 ミクロンの透明微小球を含むものであって、前記微小球の埋め 込まれた部分の後方に配置されたアルミニウム又は銀反射層を有するものである 、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の再帰反射性製品。 13.約10回の工業的洗濯手順サイクルにかけられた後に本質的に直線的な再帰 反射輝度減衰特性図を示す、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の再帰反射性製 品。 14.再帰反射性輝度減衰特性図の直線的な部分が0以下-2.5以上 の傾きを有し、この直線的な部分を輝度残率軸に外挿した場合に40%以上の部分 で輝度残率軸と交差する、請求項13記載の再帰反射性製品。 15.再帰反射性輝度減衰特性図の直線的な部分が0以下-1.5以上の傾きを有し 、この直線的な部分を輝度残率軸に外挿した場合に60%以上の部分で輝度残率軸 と交差する、請求項14記載の再帰反射性製品。 16.再帰反射性製品の製造方法であって、(i)少なくとも2,000の数平均分子量 を有するポリエーテルポリオールと(ii)ポリイソシアネートとの反応生成物であ るポリウレタンポリマーを含むバインダー層中に再帰反射性要素を部分的に埋め 込むことを含む方法。 17.ポリエーテルポリオールとポリイソシアネートを混合すること;再帰反射 性要素の層の上に前記混合物を塗布すること;次いで塗布した反応体を25〜150 ℃に加熱すること;を含む工程によりバインダー層中に再帰反射性要素が部分的 に埋め込まれる、請求項16記載の方法。 18.(a)(i)少なくとも2,000 の数平均分子量を有するポリエーテルポリオール とポリイソシアネートとから形成されたポリウレタンポリマーを含むバインダー 層;及び(ii)前記バインダー層中に少なくとも部分的に埋め込まれた再帰反射性 要素; を含む再帰反射性製品;並びに (b)当該衣類製品の外側部分の一部を形成する支持体; を含む衣類製品。
