Claims (4)
- 長手方向および幅方向を有する矩形板状の基板本体を含む容量基板と、該容量基板の第1主面上に前記長手方向に沿って配置され、両端部が固定された圧電素子とを備え、
前記容量基板は、前記圧電素子の両端部の下方に少なくとも一部が位置するように前記第1主面に設けられた一対の端子電極と、該一対の端子電極から前記圧電素子の中央部の真下に向かって延びる一対の容量電極と、前記第1主面と対向する第2主面に前記一対の容量電極と対向する領域を有するように設けられたグランド電極とを含み、前記一対の容量電極は、前記幅方向の両端部が中央部よりも薄いことを特徴とする圧電部品。 - 前記一対の容量電極は、前記幅方向に沿って切断した断面で見たとき、前記中央部から前記両端部に向かって徐々に薄くなっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧電部品。
- 前記一対の容量電極は、前記幅方向に沿って切断した断面で見たとき、表面が波打った形状であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の圧電部品。
- 前記一対の容量電極は、平面視したときに前記幅方向の両端が波打った形状であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3に記載の圧電部品。
