Claims (5)
- オイルポンプアセンブリであって、ハウジング(10)を備え、このハウジング(10)の内部に、互いから周方向に離間した複数のコイル(31)を保持するステータ(30)と、駆動シャフト(50)および、前記駆動シャフト(50)に対して内部かつ同心に配置されたピン(51)に関連付けられたロータ(40)と、を含む電気エンジン(20)が配置されており、
駆動シャフト(50)が、駆動シャフト(50)とピン(51)との間の相対回転に起因して潤滑オイルがポンプされた際に潤滑オイルの経路(60)を描く螺旋チャネル(52)を規定するように、ピン(51)と協同し、
締結ロッド(70)が、前記ピン(51)を電気エンジン(20)の固定部分(80)に係留することが可能であり、
前記締結ロッド(70)は、その中央部分で、ピン(51)に対して支持され、その各端部(71)で、電気エンジン(20)の固定部分(80)に規定されたそれぞれのクリブ(81)に支持され、
前記オイルポンプアセンブリは、
締結ロッド(70)が、隣接するコイル(31)間に規定されたギャップ(34)に対して長手方向に整列した、電気エンジン(20)の固定部分(80)に配置されたフリースペース(33)を通って延びることと、
締結ロッド(70)の端部(71)が、クリブ(81)の内側(82)に沿ってクリブ(81)内に収容されていることと、を特徴とする、オイルポンプアセンブリ。 - クリブ(81)が、互いに対して正反対に、電気エンジン(20)の保護カバー(90)の外側表面(91)から径方向外側に延びる凸部(92)によって規定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のオイルポンプアセンブリ。
- 締結ロッド(70)は全体が、保護カバー(90)およびその凸部(92)によって規定された外周内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のオイルポンプアセンブリ。
- 保護カバー(90)が重合体であり、射出成型によって製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のオイルポンプアセンブリ。
- 凸部(92)が少なくとも2つの、隣接する両側の半円で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のオイルポンプアセンブリ。
