Description
Claims (14)
- 第1圧力の燃料を消費する第1需要先と、
前記第1圧力より低い第2圧力の燃料を消費する第2需要先と、
液化ガス貯蔵タンクで発生した蒸発ガスを圧縮し、その圧縮した蒸発ガスを前記第1需要先または前記第2需要先に供給する蒸発ガス圧縮機と、
前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクと前記第1需要先とを連結し、前記蒸発ガス圧縮機を備える第1蒸発ガス供給ラインと、
前記第1蒸発ガス供給ラインから分岐されて前記第2需要先と連結される第2蒸発ガス供給ラインであって、この第2蒸発ガス供給ラインは、前記第1蒸発ガス供給ライン上の前記蒸発ガス圧縮機の下流側で分岐され、別途の減圧手段を備えない第2蒸発ガス供給ラインと、
前記第1需要先が誤作動または作動停止する場合に前記第2需要先の燃料流入圧力を前記第2圧力となるように制御する制御部と、を含むことを特徴とするガス処理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記蒸発ガス圧縮機で圧縮された蒸発ガスを前記第1需要先または前記第2需要先のうち何れかに供給するかを判断して、前記蒸発ガス圧縮機が蒸発ガスを前記第1圧力または前記第2圧力で吐出するように前記蒸発ガス圧縮機を可変周波数ドライブ制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス処理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1需要先が誤作動または作動停止する場合、前記第2圧力で吐出するように前記蒸発ガス圧縮機を可変周波数ドライブ制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガス処理システム。 - 前記蒸発ガス圧縮機の後段と前段を連結する第3供給ラインをさらに含み、
前記制御部は、
前記蒸発ガス圧縮機で圧縮された蒸発ガスを前記第1需要先または前記第2需要先のうち何れかに供給するかを判断して、前記第1蒸発ガス供給ラインまたは前記第3供給ライン上に流動する液化ガスまたは蒸発ガスの流れを制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス処理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1需要先が誤作動または作動停止する場合、前記蒸発ガス圧縮機から吐出される蒸発ガスのうち少なくとも一部を前記第3供給ライン上に流動するように制御をして、前記蒸発ガス圧縮機から吐出される蒸発ガスの圧力が前記第2圧力になるようにすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のガス処理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1需要先が誤作動または作動停止する場合、前記蒸発ガス圧縮機から吐出される蒸発ガスのうち残りの一部が前記第2蒸発ガス供給ラインに供給されるよう制御することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のガス処理システム。 - 前記蒸発ガス圧縮機の上流に備えられ、前記蒸発ガス圧縮機に流入される蒸発ガスの流量を制御する流量制御装置をさらに含み、
前記制御部は、
前記蒸発ガス圧縮機で圧縮された蒸発ガスを前記第1需要先または前記第2需要先の何れかに供給するかを判断して、前記蒸発ガス圧縮機が前記第1圧力または前記第2圧力で吐出されるように前記流量制御装置を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス処理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1需要先が誤作動または作動停止する場合、前記蒸発ガス圧縮機に流入される蒸発ガスの流量が減少するように前記流量制御装置を稼動して、前記蒸発ガス圧縮機が蒸発ガスを前記第2圧力で吐出するように制御することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のガス処理システム。 - 前記蒸発ガス圧縮機の下流に備えられる調節弁をさらに含み、
前記制御部は、
前記第1需要先が誤作動または作動停止する場合には、前記調節弁の開度を増加させ、前記流量制御装置を稼動して、前記流量制御装置により減少した蒸発ガス量の供給を受ける前記蒸発ガス圧縮機が吐出する圧縮された蒸発ガスを前記第2需要先が供給を受けるようにし、
前記第1需要先が正常作動する場合には、前記調節弁の開度を減少させて前記流量制御装置を稼動停止させた後、前記蒸発ガス圧縮機から吐出される圧縮された蒸発ガスを前記第1需要先が供給を受けるようにすることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のガス処理システム。 - 前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクと前記第1蒸発ガス供給ライン上の前記蒸発ガス圧縮機の下流側とを連結する液化ガス供給ラインと、
前記液化ガス供給ライン上に備えられ、前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクに貯蔵された液化ガスを強制気化させて強制発生蒸発ガスを発生させる強制気化器をさらに含み、
前記蒸発ガス圧縮機は、
前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクにおいて満船状態で発生する自然発生蒸発ガスを全て処理できる容量を最大処理容量として有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス処理システム。 - 前記第1需要先が作動停止する場合は、
船舶が港に停泊する場合であることを特徴とする請求項1から10の何れか1つに記載のガス処理システム。 - 前記第1需要先は、
低速2ストローク低圧ガス噴射エンジンであることを特徴とする請求項1から10の何れか1つに記載のガス処理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記蒸発ガス圧縮機によって圧縮された蒸発ガスを別途の減圧手段による減圧なしに前記第2需要先に供給することを特徴とする請求項1から10の何れか1つに記載のガス処理システム。 - 請求項1から10の何れか1つに記載の前記ガス処理システムを含むことを特徴とする船舶。
