Claims (8)
- 액화가스 저장탱크에서 발생된 증발가스를 다단 압축하여 수요처로 공급하는 증발가스 압축기; 및
냉매 압축기에 의한 압축과 냉매 팽창기에 의한 팽창의 과정을 거쳐 냉각사이클이 구현되는 냉매를 상기 증발가스 압축기에 의해 압축된 증발가스와 열교환시켜 재액화하는 재액화 장치를 포함하되,
상기 냉매 팽창기는,
왕복동형으로 구성되는 상기 냉매 압축기와 연계하지 않고, 원심형으로 구성되는 상기 증발가스 압축기와 연계하여 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 처리 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉매 팽창기는,
상기 증발가스 압축기의 구동원과 연결되어, 상기 증발가스 압축기의 구동원에 의해 상기 증발가스 압축기와 연계하여 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 처리 시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 냉매 팽창기는,
상기 증발가스 압축기의 구동원과 서로 기어 연결되어, 상기 기어에 형성된 기어 비에 의해 상기 냉매 팽창기의 구동비가 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 처리 시스템. - 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 기어는,
불 기어(Bull Gear)인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 처리 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 재액화 장치는,
상기 압축된 증발가스와 열교환된 냉매를 압축하는 상기 냉매 압축기;
상기 냉매 압축기에 의해 압축된 냉매를 냉각하는 쿨러; 및
상기 쿨러에 의해 냉각된 냉매를 팽창시키는 상기 냉매 팽창기를 포함하는 가스 처리 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수요처는,
저속 2행정 저압가스 분사엔진인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 처리 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액화가스 저장탱크와 상기 수요처를 연결하는 제1 공급라인;
상기 액화가스 저장탱크와 상기 제1 공급라인 상의 상기 증발가스 압축기 하류에 연결되는 제2 공급라인; 및
상기 제2 공급라인 상에 구비되며, 상기 액화가스 저장탱크에 저장된 액화가스를 강제 기화시켜 강제발생 증발가스를 발생시키는 강제 기화기;
상기 제1 공급라인 상의 상기 증발가스 압축기 하류에서 분기되는 제3 공급라인을 더 포함하고,
상기 증발가스 압축기는, 상기 제1 공급라인 상에 구비되며, 상기 액화가스 저장탱크에서 만선 상태에 발생되는 자연발생 증발가스를 모두 처리할 수 있는 용량을 최대처리용량으로 가지되,
상기 재액화장치는,
상기 제3 공급라인 상에 구비되며, 상기 증발가스 압축기에 의해 압축된 증발가스를 재액화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 처리 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 상기 가스 처리 시스템을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박.
