Description
本発明の電線の接合構造は、前記挟持部が、前記単芯導体の端面から軸方向に分割面を入れて前記単芯導体の端部を複数に分割することで形成されているものとしてもよい。
また、本発明の電線の接合構造は、前記挟持部が、前記単芯導体の端面に穴を開口することで形成されているものとしてもよい。
以下、本発明を具体化した実施例1について、図1〜図11を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。
本実施例におけるワイヤハーネスは、ハイブリッド車等の車両に搭載され、車両の後部に搭載された機器と、車両の後部に搭載された機器との間に接続されるものである。本実施例のワイヤハーネスは、複数(本実施例では3本)の導電線10を有している。
編組部材31は、良好な可撓性を有する外装部材33に包囲されて保護されている。外装部材33は、例えば合成樹脂製のコルゲートチューブ等とされている。
まず、単芯導体11の端部に挟持部20を形成する。単芯電線13の端末部において絶縁被覆12を除去し、露出した単芯導体11の端部を2分割して挟持部20を形成する。また、撚線電線16の端末部において絶縁被覆15を除去し、撚線導体14を露出させる。
本実施例の電線の接合構造は、単芯導体11の端部に形成された挟持部20が、撚線導体14を電線13,16の延び方向と交差方向の両側から挟んだ状態で接合されている。この構成によれば、撚線導体14が振れても、撚線導体14が一対の挟持片21の間に挟持されているから、撚線導体14と単芯導体11とが剥離することを防ぐことができる。
次に、本発明を具体化した実施例2に係るワイヤハーネスを図12及び図13によって説明する。
本実施例の電線の接合構造は、挟持部40が、単芯導体11の端面に穴41を開口することで形成されている点で、実施例1とは相違する。なお、実施例1と同様の構成には同一符号を付して重複する説明を省略する。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施例に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施例も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
(1)上記実施例では、単芯導体11と撚線導体14とが圧着により接合されているが、これに限らず、例えば超音波溶着により接合しても良い。
(2)上記実施例では、柔軟導体が撚線導体14とされているが、これに限らず、柔軟導体は例えば多数の金属素線を編み込むことによって形成された編組線等であってもよい。
(3)上記実施例1では、単芯導体11が2分割されて挟持部20が形成されているが、これに限らず、例えば単芯導体の中心線から放射状をなすような分割目を入れて単芯導体の端部を3以上に分割し、挟持部を形成してもよい。
(4)上記実施例1では、単芯導体11の径方向の中心に分割面が入れられているが、これに限らず、分割面を、単芯導体の径方向における一方の側に寄った位置に入れてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 1本の中実な金属棒からなる単芯導体と、複数の金属素線からなり前記単芯導体よりも高い屈曲性を有する柔軟導体とが接合された電線の接合構造であって、
前記単芯導体自身の端部に形成された挟持部が、前記柔軟導体を前記電線の延び方向と交差方向の両側から挟んだ状態で接合されており、
前記挟持部が、前記単芯導体自身の端面から軸方向に分割面を入れて前記単芯導体自身の端部を複数に分割することで形成されている電線の接合構造。 - 1本の金属棒からなる単芯導体と、複数の金属素線からなり前記単芯導体よりも高い屈曲性を有する柔軟導体とが接合された電線の接合構造であって、
前記単芯導体は、絶縁被覆で包囲され、
前記単芯導体のうち前記絶縁被覆から露出した端部に形成された挟持部が、前記柔軟導体を前記電線の延び方向と交差方向の両側から挟んだ状態で接合されており、
前記挟持部が、前記単芯導体の端面から軸方向に分割面を入れて前記単芯導体の端部を複数に分割することで形成されている電線の接合構造。 - 1本の金属棒からなる単芯導体を有する単芯電線と、
複数の金属素線からなり前記単芯導体よりも高い屈曲性を有する柔軟導体を有する柔軟電線と、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電線の接合構造と、
