Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る電池交換支援システムの全体構成を概略的に示す図である。電池交換支援システム9は、ユーザの車両1(対象車両)と、車両1以外の複数の車両2と、サーバ3と、電池情報提供端末(以下「端末」と略す)4とを備える。車両1とサーバ3とは通信が可能なように構成されている。また、複数の車両2の各々とサーバ3とも通信が可能なように構成されている。
実施の形態1では、組電池10の交換候補として、新品および再利用品の両方の交換候補をユーザに提案する例について説明した。しかし、新品および再利用品のいずれを希望するのかをユーザが予め選択できるようにしてもよい。
実施の形態1では、車両1の走行時間および走行距離ならびに組電池10の容量維持率の3項目に基づいて、組電池10のランク(劣化状態)を判定する例を説明したが、組電池10のランクの決定手法は、これに限定されるものではない。実施の形態1の変形例2においては、交流インピーダンス測定法を用いて組電池の劣化状態を判定し、その判定結果に基づいて組電池のランクを決定する手法について説明する。
実施の形態2においては、車両のEV走行可能距離を用いて、組電池10の異常の有無を診断する手法について説明する。なお、本開示において、「EV走行可能距離」とは、組電池に蓄えられた電力が規定値まで消費される間に車両が走行可能な距離を意味する。EV走行可能距離は、電力が最大量(SOC(State Of Charge)=100%)である場合に車両が走行可能な最大距離を含むが、これに限定されるものではない。EV走行可能距離は、任意の時点での電力が上記規定値まで消費される間に車両が走行可能な距離を含み得る。
Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載された二次電池の交換を支援するための電池交換支援システムであって、
対象車両の使用中止の予定時期に関するユーザの操作を受け付ける操作部と、
再利用品を含む複数の二次電池のなかから、前記対象車両に搭載された対象電池の複数の交換候補を決定するサーバとを備え、
前記サーバは、
前記複数の二次電池の各々の容量劣化状態に関する劣化情報と、前記複数の二次電池の各々への交換費用に関する費用情報とを有し、
前記対象電池の交換前に前記対象電池の容量劣化状態が悪化した実績に基づき、前記対象電池を交換する場合に交換する二次電池の容量劣化状態が前記予定時期の到来前に所定の容量劣化状態に至るかどうかを予測し、
前記複数の二次電池のなかから、前記予定時期が到来しても前記所定の容量劣化状態に至らない容量劣化状態を有する複数の二次電池を選択し、
選択した複数の二次電池に関する情報と前記費用情報とを用いて前記複数の交換候補を決定し、
前記電池交換支援システムは、前記サーバにより決定された前記複数の交換候補と、当該複数の交換候補の費用情報とを前記ユーザに通知する通知部をさらに備える、電池交換支援システム。 - 前記再利用品には、前記再利用品の劣化が進んでいるほど低いランクが付けられ、
前記費用情報には、前記再利用品のランクに応じた費用が定められており、
前記サーバは、前記複数の交換候補が2以上のランクに亘る場合には、前記2以上のランクに亘る前記複数の交換候補を決定する、請求項1に記載の電池交換支援システム。 - 前記対象電池には、前記対象電池の劣化が進んでいるほど買い取り価格が定められており、
前記サーバは、前記対象電池の前記買い取り価格を前記通知部にさらに送信する、請求項1または2に記載の電池交換支援システム。 - 前記対象車両は、内燃機関で燃料を燃焼させて走行するHV走行と、前記対象電池に蓄えられた電力により走行するEV走行とが可能に構成されたハイブリッド車両であり、
前記サーバは、前記交換候補の費用情報として、前記対象電池の交換により節約可能な前記燃料の費用を前記対象電池の交換により前記EV走行が可能な距離の延長分に基づいて算出し、算出した費用を前記通知部にさらに送信する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電池交換支援システム。 - ユーザにより入力された対象車両の使用中止の予定時期を用いて、再利用品を含む複数の二次電池のなかから、前記対象車両に搭載された対象電池の複数の交換候補を決定し、決定した複数の交換候補に関する情報を前記ユーザに提供するように構成されたサーバであって、
前記複数の二次電池の各々の容量劣化状態に関する劣化情報と、前記複数の二次電池の各々への交換費用に関する費用情報とを有する記憶装置と、
前記対象電池の交換前に前記対象電池の容量劣化状態が悪化した実績に基づき、前記対象電池を交換する場合に交換する二次電池の容量劣化状態が前記予定時期の到来前に所定の容量劣化状態に至るかどうかを予測し、前記複数の二次電池のなかから前記予定時期が到来しても前記所定の容量劣化状態に至らない容量劣化状態を有する複数の二次電池を選択し、選択した複数の二次電池に関する情報と前記費用情報とを用いて前記複数の交換候補を決定する演算装置と、
前記演算装置により決定された前記複数の交換候補と、当該複数の交換候補の費用情報とを前記ユーザに通知するための通信装置とを含む、サーバ。
