Description
Claims (7)
- ヘッドパイプ(F1)の後方に延びる左右一対のメインフレーム(F2)と、該メインフレーム(F2)の下方に配設されるエンジン(E)と、車体側面視で前記メインフレーム(F2)と前記エンジン(E)との間に配設されて少なくとも略直方体のバッテリ(B)を収納する電装品ボックス(40)と、を有する鞍乗型車両(1)に適用される電装品の配置構造において、
前記電装品ボックス(40)が、前記バッテリ(B)の少なくとも車体前方面(B1)および車体上方面(B2)を覆うバッテリトレー(61)と、前記バッテリ(B)および前記バッテリトレー(61)を収納する下側半体(71)と、該下側半体(71)を上方から覆う上側半体(51)とを含み、
前記バッテリトレー(61)と前記電装品ボックス(40)との間に形成される収納空間(S1,S2)に、第1の電装品(98)および第1のハーネス群(H1)が配置されており、
前記上側半体(51)の上側に、第2の電装品(80)および第2のハーネス群(H2)が配置されており、
前記収納空間(S1,S2)が、前記バッテリ(B)の上側に形成される第1の収納空間(S1)と、前記バッテリ(B)の前側に形成される第2の収納空間(S2)とからなり、
前記第2の収納空間(S2)に、前記バッテリ(B)のプラス側配線(97)が収納され、
前記上側半体51の天井壁(51a)が、車体前方側に向かって前上がりに傾斜すると共に、最も高い位置となる膨出部(51b)を境にして前下がりに傾斜する形状を有し、
前記第2の電装品(80)が、前記膨出部(51b)の後方側で前記天井壁(51a)に沿って配設されていることを特徴とする電装品の配置構造。 - 前記第1のハーネス群(H1)の少なくとも一部が、高電圧ハーネスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電装品の配置構造。
- 前記第2のハーネス群(H2)の少なくとも一部が、前記エンジン(E)の補器類に接続される低電圧ハーネスであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電装品の配置構造。
- 前記第2の電装品(80)が車両用制御装置であり、
前記車両用制御装置(80)は、前記上側半体(51)の上面に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電装品の配置構造。 - 前記第1の電装品(98)は、前記第1のハーネス群(H1)に接続されるコネクタであり、
前記コネクタ(98)が、前記バッテリトレー(61)の上面に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の電装品の配置構造。 - 前記上側半体(51)の天井壁(51a)が、車体前方寄りの位置に形成される膨出部(51b)から車体後方に向かって徐々に低くなる形状とされており、
前記膨出部(51b)の側方に、前記第1のハーネス群(H1)の入口(52)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の電装品の配置構造。 - 前記電装品ボックス(40)の車幅方向外側は、前記バッテリ(B)の側面が露出するように開放されており、外装部品としてのカバー部材(30)を取り付けることで蓋がされることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の電装品の配置構造。
