Description
Claims (1)
- アルミノケイ酸ガラスにおいて、その組成がアルカリ金属およびTiO2を含まず、酸化物の重量%で表して、
60〜70%のSiO2、
13〜22%のAl2O3、
0〜9%のB2O3、
1〜6%のMgO、
0〜5%のCaO、
1〜5%のBaO、
2〜12%のZnO、
を含み、不可避的な極微量を除き、SrOを含んでおらず、
上記各成分はその合計が前記ガラスの重量の少なくとも96%を占めるように含有され、
Al2O3+B2O3+ZnO>23%、及び
B2O3+MgO−CaO−BaO−SrO<6%、
であり、
20℃〜300℃における熱膨張係数(CTE)が30×10−7/℃より低く、
DIN 12−116及びISO 695にしたがってそれぞれ測定した、対酸化学耐久性値(半減量/単位表面積)及び対アルカリ化学耐久性値(減量/単位表面積)が400mg/dm2より小さい、
アルミノケイ酸ガラス。
