Claims (6)
- 杭孔に既製杭を建て込む際に、前記杭孔の開口部で前記既製杭を略鉛直方向に保持可能な杭保持装置であって、
前記既製杭の外周面の所定の部位に巻着される略円筒形状の保持筒体を備えており、
前記保持筒体は、前記保持筒体の内周面に沿って環状に形成され、前記略鉛直方向における該内周面の底部側から頂部側に向けて一定の割合で拡径して形成されるテーパ面からなる環状凹部を有し、
前記既製杭は、略円柱形状の杭本体と、前記杭本体の外周面に沿って環状に一体成型され、該外周面の所定の位置から前記杭本体の一端部を有する方向に一定の割合で拡径して形成される杭側テーパ面が設けられる環状凸部とを備え、
前記保持筒体が前記既製杭に巻着される際に、前記環状凹部が前記環状凸部と嵌合されることを特徴とする杭保持装置。 - 前記保持筒体は、少なくとも3つ以上の保持具片が環状に配列されて連結される構成となっており、これらの保持具片の連結部のうち、少なくとも1つの連結部が着脱可能に構成され、前記少なくとも1つの連結部を除く他の連結部が当該他の連結部に連結される保持具片を回転可能に支持する構成となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の杭保持装置。
- 前記テーパ面の内周面に所定の範囲内のゴム硬度を有する衝撃緩衝部材が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の杭保持装置。
- 前記衝撃緩衝部材のゴム硬度は、50度以上100度未満の範囲内であることを特徴と する請求項3に記載の杭保持装置。
- 前記衝撃緩衝部材は、複数の略台形形状の衝撃緩衝片が前記テーパ面に沿って周方向に 所定の間隔で並列して設けられる構成となっていることを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の杭保持装置。
- 前記テーパ面は、その内周面を略円筒形状に変更可能とする適合部材が設置可能な構成 となっていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の杭保持装置。
