Description
複数の半導体発光素子と、
複数の前記半導体発光素子が搭載される素子搭載部を有するヒートシンクと、
を備え、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記半導体発光素子が面する第1の空間と前記第1の空間とは異なる第2の空間とを区画するように形成され、
前記素子搭載部は、複数の前記半導体発光素子がそれぞれ配置される複数の素子配置面と、前記第2の空間に向かって開口する第3の空間を形成する凹部と、を有することを特徴とする。
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る車両用灯具の断面図である。
車両前方へロービームを照射する場合は、第1の光源ユニット17の第1の半導体発光素子41のみを点灯させる。すると、第1の半導体発光素子41の発光部41aの光が第1のリフレクタ42によって反射されて灯具前方へ向けて照射される。
本出願は、2013年5月13日出願の日本特許出願・出願番号2013-101245に基づくものであり、その内容はここに参照として取り込まれる。
Claims (5)
- 複数の半導体発光素子と、
複数の前記半導体発光素子が搭載される素子搭載部を有するヒートシンクを有する灯具ユニットと、
ランプボディと、
前記ランプボディの前方に形成された開口部を覆うアウターカバーと、
前記ヒートシンクに固定されたブラケットと、を備えた車両用灯具であって、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記半導体発光素子が面する第1の空間と前記第1の空間とは異なる第2の空間とを区画するように形成され、さらに、前記ヒートシンクは、灯具外方に向けて延びる第1の放熱フィンを有し、
前記第1の放熱フィンは、前記ランプボディと前記アウターカバーとで形成される空間の外部に露出しており、
前記素子搭載部は、複数の前記半導体発光素子がそれぞれ配置される複数の素子配置面と、前記第2の空間に向かって開口する第3の空間を形成する凹部と、を有し、
前記ブラケットは、光軸調整機構を介して前記ランプボディに支持されており、
前記凹部は、前記半導体発光素子の裏側まで形成されていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記ヒートシンクと前記ランプボディの間には、前記第1の空間を前記第2の空間から防水するシール部材を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記光軸調整機構は、エイミングスクリュー及び/又はピボット軸を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記複数の半導体発光素子は、第1の半導体発光素子と、第2の半導体発光素子と、を有し、
更に、
前記第1の半導体発光素子が発する光をロービームとして灯具前方へ向けて照射する第1の光学部材と、
前記第2の半導体発光素子が発する光をハイビームの少なくとも一部として灯具前方へ向けて照射する第2の光学部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用灯具。 - 前記素子搭載部は、灯具前方に向けて延びる第2の放熱フィンを有していることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の車両用灯具。
