Claims (12)
- 透明材質のウィンドウパネル基板(311)と;
前記ウィンドウパネル基板(311)に透明なウィンドウ領域(W)が区画されるように前記ウィンドウパネル基板(311)の一面の辺縁に配置された非導電性不透明装飾層(312)と;
前記非導電性不透明装飾層(312)が形成された前記ウィンドウパネル基板(311)の上部面にコーティングされた 薄膜の反射防止層(315)と;
前記ウィンドウパネル基板の前記透明なウィンドウ領域(W)と前記非導電性不透明装飾層(312)の上部に形成された前記反射防止層(315)の上に単一層にコーティングされたITO膜の電極パターン層(313)と;
前記電極パターン層(313)を電気的に連結されるように前記非導電性不透明装飾層(312)の上の前記電極パターン層(313)上に配置された導電配線層(314)と;を含むことを特徴とするウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサー。 - 前記反射防止層(315)の上部に配置された飛散防止層(316)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサー。
- 前記非導電性不透明装飾層(312)は非導電性インクをスクリーン印刷によって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサー。
- 前記非導電性不透明装飾層(312)は、非導電性金属合金または非導電性金属酸化物のコーティング層の上部に印刷された非導電性インク層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサー。
- 前記非導電性金属酸化物はチタン酸化物(TiO2)またはシリコーン酸化物(SiO2)を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサー。
- 前記非導電性金属合金は錫、またはシリコーンアルミニウム合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサー。
- 透明材質のウィンドウパネル基板(311)を提供する段階と;
前記ウィンドウパネル基板(311)に透明なウィンドウ領域(W)が区画されるように前記ウィンドウパネル基板(311)の一面の辺縁に配置された非導電性不透明装飾層(312)を形成する段階と;
前記非導電性不透明装飾層(312)が形成された前記ウィンドウパネル基板(311)の上部面に 薄膜の反射防止層(315)を形成する段階と;
前記ウィンドウパネル基板(311)の前記透明なウィンドウ領域(W)と前記 非導電性不透明装飾層 (312)の上部面に形成された前記反射防止層(315)の上に単一層にITO膜(313`)を形成する段階と;
前記ITO膜の一部を除去して所定のITO膜の導電性電極パターン層(313)を形成する段階と;
前記導電性電極パターン層(313)を電気的に連結されるように前記非導電性不透明装飾層(312)の上の前記導電性電極パターン層(313)上に導電配線層(314)を形成する段階と;を含むことを特徴とするウィンドウ一体型タッチスクリーンの製造方法。 - 前記反射防止層の上部に飛散防止層(316)を塗布する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のウィンドウ一体型タッチスクリーンの製造方法。
- 非導電性不透明装飾層(312)を提供する段階は、
前記ウィンドウパネル基板(311)の一面に非導電性金属合金層(312`)または非導電性金属酸化物層(312`)をコーティングする段階と;
前記ウィンドウパネル基板(311)にウィンドウ領域(W)が区画されるように前記非導電性金属合金層または金属酸化物層上の装飾領域(D)に非導電性インクを塗布する段階と;
前記ウィンドウ領域(W)にコーティングされた金属合金層または非導電性金属酸化物層をエッチングによって取り除く段階と;を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のウィンドウ一体型タッチスクリーンの製造方法。 - 前記非導電性金属酸化物は、チタン酸化物(TiO2)またはシリコーン酸化物(SiO2)を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のウィンドウ一体型タッチスクリーンの製造方法。
- 前記非導電性金属合金は、錫またはシリコーンアルミニウム合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のウィンドウ一体型タッチスクリーンの製造方法。
- 前記非導電性不透明装飾層(312)を提供する段階は、非導電性インクをスクリーン印刷することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のウィンドウ一体型タッチスクリーンの製造方法。
