Claims (18)
- 透明材質のウィンドウパネル基板(311)と;
上記基板に透明なウィンドウ領域(W)が区画されるように上記基板の一面辺縁に配置された非導電性不透明装飾層(312)と;
上記基板のウィンドウ領域(W)と装飾層の上部にかけて配置された透明な導電性電極パターン層(313)と;
上記透明な導電性電極パターン層(313)の上部辺縁に配置された導電性回路配線層(314)と;を含むことを特徴とするウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサー。 - 上記透明な導電性電極パターン層(313)の上部に配置された反射防止層(315)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の請求項1に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサー。
- 上記ウィンドウパネル基板(311)と透明な電極パターン層(313)との間にコーティングされたSiO2層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサー。
- 上記反射防止層(315)の上部に配置された飛散防止層(316)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサー。
- 上記非導電性不透明装飾層(112)は非導電性インクをスクリーン印刷によって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5の中の何れか一項に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサー。
- 上記非導電性不透明装飾層(112)は、非導電性金属合金または非導電性金属酸化物のコーティング層の上部に印刷された非導電性インク層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5の中の何れか一項に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサー。
- 上記非導電性金属酸化物はチタン酸化物(TiO2)またはシリコーン酸化物(SiO2)を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサー。
- 上記非導電性金属合金は錫、またはシリコーンアルミニウム合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサー。
- 上記導電性電極パターン層は、インジウム錫酸化物(ITO)、インジウム亜鉛酸化物(IZO)、亜鉛酸化物(ZnO)、カドミウム錫酸化物(CTO)からなる群で選択されたもので形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5の中の何れか一項に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサー。
- 透明材質のウィンドウパネル基板(311)を提供する段階と;
上記ウィンドウパネル基板に透明なウィンドウ領域(W)が区画されるように上記ウィンドウパネル基板の一面の辺縁に非導電性不透明装飾層(312)を提供する段階と;
上記ウィンドウ領域(W)と装飾層(D)との上に透明な導電性電極薄膜(313′)をコーティングする段階と;
上記導電性電極薄膜の一部を取り除いて所定の透明な導電性電極パターン(313)を形成する段階と;
上記透明な導電性電極パターン(313)の辺縁に導電性回路配線層(314)を塗布する段階と;を含むことを特徴とするウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサーの製造方法。 - 透明な電極パターンと導電性配線層の上部に反射防止層(315)を塗布する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサーの製造方法。
- 上記反射防止層の上部に飛散防止層(316)を塗布する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサーの製造方法。
- 上記透明な導電性電極薄膜(313′)をコーティングする前にSiO2層をコーティングする段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサーの製造方法。
- 非導電性不透明装飾層(312)を提供する段階は、
上記ウィンドウパネル基板(311)の一面に非導電性金属合金層(312′)または非導電性金属酸化物層(312′)をコーティングする段階と;
上記ウィンドウパネル基板(311)にウィンドウ領域(W)が区画されるように上記非導電性金属合金層または金属酸化物層上の装飾領域(D)に非導電性インクを塗布する段階と;
上記ウィンドウ領域(W)にコーティングされた金属合金層または非導電性金属酸化物層をエッチングによって取り除く段階と;を含むことを特徴とする請求項10乃至請求項13の中の何れか一項に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサーの製造方法。 - 上記非導電性金属酸化物は、チタン酸化物(TiO2)またはシリコーン酸化物(SiO2)を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサーの製造方法。
- 上記非導電性金属合金は、錫またはシリコーンアルミニウム合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサーの製造方法。
- 上記非導電性不透明装飾層(112)を提供する段階は、非導電性インクをスクリーン印刷することを特徴とする請求項10乃至請求項13の中の何れか一項に記載のウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサーの製造方法。
- 上記透明な電極薄膜は、インジウム錫酸化物(ITO)、インジウム亜鉛酸化物(IZO)、亜鉛酸化物(ZnO)、カドミウム錫酸化物(CTO)からなる群で選択された酸化物がスパッタリングによってコーティングされることを特徴とする請求項10乃至請求項13の中の何れか一項に記載のタッチウィンドウパネル一体型静電容量式タッチセンサーの製造方法。
