Description
穴を有する丸端子を先端に備えた丸端子付きケーブルの丸端子を受容するコンタクトと、
コンタクトに隣接する位置に配置された板ばねと、
板ばねをコンタクトとで挟む位置に配置されて丸端子の挿入方向に延びる回転軸を有し、回転操作を受けて板ばねをコンタクトに押し当てるカム部材とを備え、
上記コンタクトが、板ばねに向かって突き出て挿入された状態の丸端子の穴に入り込む突起を有する台部と、その台部よりも板ばね側に位置し挿入されてきた丸端子を台部に向けて付勢するばね片とを有することを特徴とする。
板ばねがコンタクトに向かって切り起こされ、その板ばねがカム部材によりコンタクトに押し当てられたときに、台部の、突起に取り巻かれた穴に入り込む切起し片を有することが好ましい。

Claims (3)
- 穴を有する丸端子を先端に備えた丸端子付きケーブルの該丸端子を受容するコンタクトと、
前記コンタクトに隣接する位置に配置された板ばねと、
前記板ばねを前記コンタクトとで挟む位置に配置されて前記丸端子の挿入方向に延びる回転軸を有し、回転操作を受けて該板ばねを該コンタクトに押し当てるカム部材とを備え、
前記コンタクトが、
前記板ばねに向かって突き出て挿入された状態の前記丸端子の穴に入り込む突起を有する台部と、
前記台部よりも前記板ばね側に位置し挿入されてきた前記丸端子を該台部に向けて付勢するばね片とを有することを特徴とする端子台。 - 前記コンタクトの前記台部が前記板ばねに向いた穴を有し、
該台部に形成されている前記突起が該穴を取り巻いて一周する形状の突起であり、
前記コンタクトの前記ばね片が前記台部の突起を避けて該突起の脇に延びるばね片であって、
前記板ばねが、前記コンタクトに向かって切り起こされ、該板ばねが前記カム部材により該コンタクトに押し当てられたときに、前記台部の、前記突起に取り巻かれた穴に入り込む切起し片を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の端子台。 - 前記板ばねが、前記カム部材に向かって突き出た突部を有し、前記カム部材が、回転操作を受けて該板ばねを前記コンタクトに押し当てたときに該突部を乗り越えた位置で停止して、該突部が該カム部材の逆向きの不用意な回転を阻止するものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の端子台。
