Description
本構成によれば、係合部材を端子と係合させるため又は係合を解除させるために回動部材を操作する方向と係合部材が端子から移動する方向とを異ならしめることができ、係合部材それ自体を端子に対して移動させるのではなく、回動部材の回動操作等を通じて係合部材と端子の係合を制御することができるため、端子着脱装置の操作性を向上させることができる。
貫通穴を有した被係合端子を設けることにより、端子をより安定した状態で、ハウジングの所定位置に配置し、また、係合部材と係合させることができる。
この構成によれば、回動部材を操作することなく、弾性手段による付勢力を利用して係合部材と端子を自動的に係合させることができる。
この構成によれば、回動部材に対する係合部材の動作を安定させることができる。また、本発明の端子着脱装置において、弾性手段を安定して配置することができる。
更に、上記態様の端子着脱装置において、前記係合部材は、前記ハウジングの一部との当接を通じて、前記ハウジングに対して前記第一の方向又は前記第二の方向に移動し得るものであってもよい。
この構成によれば、これら傾斜手段と当接手段を通じて、係合部材をハウジングに対して回動させることができる。
更に、上記態様の端子着脱装置において、前記端子は、前記第一の方向及び前記第二の方向に対して直交する方向に沿って前記ハウジングに挿入されることにより前記ハウジングの所定位置に配置されてもよい。
例えば、本実施形態では、傾斜手段として案内溝84を用いているが、必ずしも案内溝を用いる必要はなく、例えば、案内溝の代わりに摺動面を設けてもよい。傾斜手段と当接手段は、操作部材40と係合部材70を係合させることができるものであれば足りる。
また、本実施形態では、ハウジング10に突起15を、且つ、係合部材70に案内溝84を、それぞれ設けているが、これとは逆に、ハウジング10に案内溝を、一方、係合部材70に突起を、それぞれ設けてもよい。
更に、操作部材40に軸60を設け、係合部材70に軸穴80を設ける代わりに、操作部材40に軸穴を設け、係合部材70に軸を設けてもよい。

Claims (10)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの所定位置に配置された端子に向かって第一の方向に移動して前記端子と係合し、且つ、前記所定位置に配置された端子から第二の方向に移動して前記端子との係合が解除される、係合部材と、
前記ハウジングに対して回動可能に設けられた回動部材と、
を備え、
前記係合部材は、前記回動部材の回動に応じて前記ハウジングに対して回動し、更に、前記ハウジングに対する回動に応じて且つ前記ハウジングの一部との当接を通じて、前記ハウジングに対して前記第一の方向又は前記第二の方向に移動し得るようになっており、
前記ハウジング又は前記係合部材のいずれか一方に、前記第一の方向及び前記第二の方向に対して鋭角方向に前記ハウジング又は前記係合部材の周面に沿って傾斜した傾斜手段が、これに対応して、前記ハウジング又は前記係合部材のいずれか他方に、前記傾斜手段と当接し得る当接手段が、それぞれ設けられている、
ことを特徴とする端子着脱装置。 - 前記端子が配置される被係合端子を更に備え、
前記被係合端子は、前記係合部材の一部を前記第一の方向及び前記第二の方向に貫通させる貫通穴を有する、請求項1に記載の端子着脱装置。 - 前記係合部材の一部は、前記回動部材の収容空間に収容され、前記係合部材は、前記収容空間において、前記回動部材に対して回動することなく、前記第一の方向又は前記第二の方向に移動可能である、請求項1又は2に記載の端子着脱装置。
- 前記係合部材は、弾性手段によって前記回動部材に対して前記第一の方向に常時付勢されている、請求項1又は2に記載の端子着脱装置。
- 前記係合部材は、前記回動部材によって軸支され、
前記弾性手段は、前記係合部材を軸支する軸の周囲に前記第一の方向及び前記第二の方向に沿って設けられている、請求項4に記載の端子着脱装置。 - 前記回動部材及び前記係合部材のいずれか一方に、いずれか他方に向かって延びる軸が設けられ、前記回動部材及び前記係合部材のいずれか他方に、前記軸と前記弾性手段が収容される穴が設けられている、請求項5に記載の端子着脱装置。
- 前記第一の方向と前記第二の方向は前記軸に沿っている、請求項6に記載の端子着脱装置。
- 前記回動部材の少なくとも一部は、前記ハウジングに収容されており、前記ハウジングに、該ハウジングに収容された前記回動部材の少なくとも一部を露出させる窓が設けられている、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の端子着脱装置。
- 前記端子は、前記第一の方向及び前記第二の方向に対して直交する方向に沿って前記ハウジングに挿入されることにより前記ハウジングの所定位置に配置される、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の端子着脱装置。
- 前記回動部材は、操作部材である、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の端子着脱装置。
