Claims (6)
- 車輪とともに回転するディスクに摩擦力を付与することで車輪を制動するキャリパブレーキ装置であって、
キャリパ本体と、
前記キャリパ本体に進退自在に設けられ、前記キャリパ本体の圧力室内の圧力に応じて進退するピストンと、
前記ディスクに摺接することで前記ディスクに摩擦力を付与可能な制輪子と、
前記制輪子を支持するとともに、前記ピストンに取り付けられるガイドプレートと、
前記ピストンと前記ガイドプレートを締結する締結部材と、を備え、
前記締結部材は、テーパ状の座面を有しており、
前記ピストン及び前記ガイドプレートの少なくとも一方は、前記締結部材の座面が着座するテーパ状の当接部を有し、
前記ピストンは、前記締結部材の一部を収容可能な空気室を形成する収容凹部と、前記収容凹部の開口端を閉塞するキャップ部材と、を備える、
ことを特徴とするキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記締結部材は、
ねじ軸を有するボルトと、
前記ボルトと前記ガイドプレートとの間に位置するテーパ状のボルト側座面と、
前記ねじ軸に螺合するナットと、を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記締結部材は、
ねじ軸を有するボルトと、
前記ねじ軸に螺合するナットと、
前記ナットと前記ピストンとの間に位置するテーパ状のナット側座面と、
を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれか一つに記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記ボルトは、前記ボルト側座面が形成される頭部及び前記頭部から延設される前記ねじ軸を有し、
前記ガイドプレートは、前記ボルト側座面が着座するテーパ状のボルト当接部及び前記ねじ軸を挿通させる第1挿通孔を有する第1収容部を備え、
前記第1挿通孔を通じて前記ピストン側に突出する前記ねじ軸に前記ナットが螺合することで、前記ガイドプレートと前記ピストンとが締結されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記締結部材は、前記ねじ軸を挿通させるとともに、前記ナット側座面を有するワッシャをさらに備え、
前記ピストンは、前記ワッシャの前記ナット側座面が着座するテーパ状のワッシャ当接部及び前記ねじ軸を挿通させる第2挿通孔を有する、前記収容凹部としての第2収容部を備え、
前記第2挿通孔を通じて前記第2収容部側に突出する前記ねじ軸に前記ワッシャを介して前記ナットが螺合することで、前記ガイドプレートと前記ピストンとが締結されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記ボルト当接部は、前記ガイドプレートに窪むように形成され、
前記ボルト当接部の深さは、前記ボルトの頭部の厚さよりも大きくなるように設定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
