Claims (12)
- 車輪とともに回転するディスクに摩擦力を付与することで車輪を制動するキャリパブレーキ装置であって、
車体に支持されるキャリパ本体と、
前記ディスクに摺接することで摩擦力を付与可能な制輪子と、
前記制輪子を支持するガイドプレートと、
前記ガイドプレートを支持するとともに、前記キャリパ本体に進退自在に設けられるアンカピンと、
前記キャリパ本体に進退自在に設けられるピストンと、
前記ピストンの前面に固定されるとともに、前記アンカピンに支持されるピストンプレートと、
前記キャリパ本体内に圧力室を画成するように前記ピストンの背面に設けられ、当該圧力室内の作動流体圧により弾性変形することで、前記ピストン、前記ピストンプレート、及び前記ガイドプレートを介して、前記制輪子を移動させる弾性膜と、
前記ピストンプレートと前記ガイドプレートとの間に配設される中間部材と、を備え、
前記中間部材が前記ピストンプレートと前記ガイドプレートの間に介在することで、前記ピストンプレートと前記ガイドプレートの間に隙間が形成されることを特徴とするキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記ピストンプレートは、前記中間部材の一部を収容する第1収容凹部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記第1収容凹部の深さは、当該深さ方向における前記中間部材の厚さよりも小さく設定され、
前記中間部材が前記第1収容凹部から突出するように設けられることで、前記ピストンプレートと前記ガイドプレートの間に隙間が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記中間部材は、前記第1収容凹部に収容されていない側の端面が前記ガイドプレートに当接するように配設されることを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記中間部材は、伝熱を抑制するための穴部を備え、前記制輪子からの熱が前記穴部以外の前記中間部材を介して前記ピストン側へと伝達するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一つに記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記中間部材は、断熱部材であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一つに記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記ピストンの背面には、前記第1収容凹部と対応する位置に第2収容凹部が形成されており、
前記ピストンプレート及び前記ピストンは、前記第1収容凹部及び前記第2収容凹部の一方の底部に配置されたボルトと他方の底部に配置されたナットとを介して、互いに締結されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一つに記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記ナットは、皿バネを介して前記ボルトに螺合することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記第2収容凹部は、空気室として構成されることを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記ピストン及び前記ピストンプレートは、断熱体を介して連結されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一つに記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記ピストンと前記ピストンプレートの間には、空気層がさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一つに記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記シリンダと前記ピストンとの間に設けられるダストブーツをさらに備え、
前記ダストブーツは、筒状部材であって、一端は前記シリンダの先端外周に固定され、他端は前記ピストンの先端外周に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一つに記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
