Claims (6)
- 車輪と共に回転するディスクを挟んで摩擦力を付与する車両用キャリパブレーキ装置であって、
前記ディスクに摺接して摩擦力を付与する制輪子と、
前記制輪子を支持するガイドプレートと、
前記ガイドプレートを介して前記制輪子を前記ディスクに押付けるアクチュエータと、
車体に支持されるキャリパ本体と、
前記キャリパ本体に前記ガイドプレートを前記ディスクに対して進退可能に支持し、前記アクチュエータを挟むように配置される2本のアンカピンと、
前記ガイドプレートを前記アンカピンに対して少なくとも2つの軸まわりに回動可能に支持する回動支持機構と、を備えることを特徴とするキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記アンカピンは前記ガイドプレートに係合する環状段部を有し、
前記回動支持機構は前記環状段部が球面状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記環状段部は、前記制輪子の有効摩耗代の厚さを半分とする中心軸と、前記アンカピンの中心軸と、が交差する点を中心とする球面状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記アンカピンは前記ガイドプレートに係合する環状段部を有し、
前記ガイドプレートは前記環状段部に当接する当接部を有し、
前記回動支持機構は前記当接部が球面状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記当接部は、前記制輪子の有効摩耗代の厚さを半分とする中心軸と、前記アンカピンの中心軸と、が交差する点を中心とする球面状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記アクチュエータは、
前記キャリパ本体に取付けられる弾性膜と、
前記弾性膜によって画成され制動時に流体圧力が供給される駆動圧力室と、
前記弾性膜と前記制輪子の間に介装される前記ピストンと、
前記ピストンを前記ガイドプレートに結合する結合手段と、を備え、
制動時に前記駆動圧力室に導かれる流体圧力により前記弾性膜が膨らんで前記ピストンが前記制輪子を前記ディスクに押付ける構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
