Description
心臓代用弁が取り付けられ得る第1の保持領域と;
例えば、目の保持形態あるいは頭の保持形態におけるなどの少なくとも1つの保持要素を有する対向する第2の保持領域であって、それによって、ステントの少なくとも1つの保持要素が、挿入システムの一部を形成するカテーテル先端のステントホルダーと解放可能に係合できる第2の保持領域と;
心臓代用弁が締結され得る少なくとも1つの保持フープと;
ステントが埋め込まれた状態で、生来の心臓弁のポケット内で係合し、従って、患者の大動脈におけるステントの自動位置決めを可能とするように設計された少なくとも1つの、好適には3つの位置決めフープ。
拡張型心臓弁ステント(以下、単に「ステント」とも呼ぶ)が折り畳まれた状態で患者の身体に導入できるカテーテルシステムと、
前記カテーテルシステムの遠位端領域に設けられ、前記ステントを搭載可能なカテーテル先端と、
前記カテーテル先端を操作できる、前記カテーテルシステムの近位端領域におけるハンドルと、
を備える。
Claims (12)
- つぶれた状態のステント(150)を収容する、第1のスリーブ状要素(11)と第2のスリーブ状要素(21)とで構成されたシート部と、前記ステント(150)を解放可能に固定するステントホルダー(115)と、を有し、前記スリーブ状要素(11,21)は、互いに対しておよび前記ステントホルダー(115)に対して可動であるカテーテル先端(10)と;
前記カテーテル先端(10)をハンドル(70)に連結するカテーテルシャフト(30)であって、前記第1のスリーブ状要素(11)に連結された遠位端部と前記ハンドル(70)の第1の作動手段(71)に連結可能な近位端部とを有する第1の力伝達手段(31)と、前記第2のスリーブ状要素(21)に連結された遠位端部と前記ハンドル(70)の第2の作動手段(81)に連結可能な近位端部とを有する第2の力伝達手段(41)と、を有するカテーテルシャフト(30)と、を備え、
前記ステントホルダー(115)は、中空の円筒体(120)と、前記中空の円筒体(120)に少なくとも部分的に収容されるガイド要素(121)を備え、
前記ガイド要素(121)は、前記中空の円筒体(120)に対して前記ステントホルダー(115)の長手方向に可動となるように前記円筒体(120)に挿入され、
前記ガイド要素(121)は、前記ステントホルダー(115)の遠位端部を形成することを特徴とする自己拡張型心臓弁ステント(150)を患者の身体に導入するカテーテルシステム(1)。 - 前記中空の円筒体(120)は、前記円筒体(120)に対する前記ガイド要素(121)の移動の間に前記ガイド要素(121)を誘導するガイド面として機能する内部側壁(122)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記中空の円筒体(120)は、前記ガイド要素(121)の、前記円筒体(120)に対して前記ステントホルダー(115)の長手方向の移動を制限するストップ(123)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記ステントホルダー(115)は、一方では前記中空の円筒体(120)に、他方では前記ガイド要素に部分的に収容されるバネ要素(124)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記ガイド要素(121)は、その開口部が前記中空の円筒体(120)の内部に面している凹部(125)を備え、
前記バネ要素(124)の遠位端部は、前記ガイド要素(121)の前記凹部(125)に収容され、
前記バネ要素(124)の近位端部は、前記中空の円筒体(120)の近位端部に連結した対向軸受(126)上に接することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のカテーテルシステム。 - 前記バネ要素(124)は、前記ガイド要素(121)が前記円筒体(120)の近位端部に設けられた前記対向軸受(126)から引き離されるように、前記ガイド要素(121)に圧縮力を印加する圧縮バネとして設計されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記ガイド要素(121)の、前記中空の円筒体(120)に対して近位方向への長手方向移動を制限するために、さらなるストップ(127)が前記円筒体(120)の近位端部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記さらなるストップ(127)は、前記円筒体(120)の近位端部に挿入された要素で形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記ステントホルダー(115)の前記円筒体(120)は、心臓代用弁の流出端上に設けられた適切な保持要素の収容に適合した保持手段(16)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記ステントホルダー(115)の前記円筒体(120)に設けられた前記保持手段(16)は、前記円筒体(120)の材料内で互いに均等に離間された切り欠きあるいはポケット形態であり、
前記ポケット(132)は、溝(133)によって、前記円筒体(120)の近位端表面に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のカテーテルシステム。 - 前記円筒体(120)に形成されたポケット(132)はそれぞれ、前記ステントの端部領域のいずれの部分も前記円筒体(120)の表面から突出しないように、前記ステントの端部領域上に設けられた前記保持要素の実質的な収容に適合した形状を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記ステントホルダー(115)は、前記円筒体(120)に形成された少なくとも1つのポケット(132)上に配置された、少なくとも1つの前記ポケット(132)の前記ステントの端部領域上に設けられた保持要素を解放可能に固定するスナップオン手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項10または請求項11に記載のカテーテルシステム。
